Hiring of Electrical Equipments, Sound System arrangement, Air conditioning and other works for the 39th Convocation

(A) Electrical Arrangement

Providing temporary illumination consisting of LED tube light 4' x 20w or Fluorescent tube light 4' x 36/40w, 230v, 50 Hz having colour temp up to 6500k complete erected with mains and required switchgears with continuous earth wire erected and dismantled

Ceiling fan with required down rod, wiring, earthing, switchgears etc.

Providing temporary oscillating type pedestal fan 16" (400 mm) or ceiling fan [1200/1400mm], 230v,50Hz connected with necessary mains, required switchgears with continuous earthing maintaining the same during the function and including dismantling.

Providing temporary plug point with 3 pin 6A/16A with necessary mains, required switchgears and continuous earth connection

Air coolers (symphony type) with required wiring, earthing, switchgears, water filling and spraying khus perfume etc.

Providing temporary evaporative air cooler (Fibre Air desert cooler) with 230V, 50 cycles, with 18"-24" exhaust, minimum 40 to 80 litre water capacity tank connected with necessary mains, required switchgears with continuous earthing maintaining the same during the function and including dismantling.

Providing and maintaining temporary 2.0 to 3.5 Ton capacity tower type air conditioning unit complete with refrigerant R32 with temporary stand and fabrication work and required material to achieve cooling temperature connected along with necessary mains, required switchgears and continuous earthing maintaining the same during the function and including dismantling.

Providing temporary XLPE/PVC armoured cable 4 core 95 sq mm Aluminium conductor with continuous 10 SWG G.I. Earth wire complete erected with gland and lugs and switchgears and required cable protector wherever necessary

TPN 100 Amps switchgear with required wiring, scaffolding, earthing etc.

Earthing cast iron plate type with required materials

Hiring charges for supplying and maintaining temporary 415V, 50 cycles AC generating set 50/62.5 kVA capacity with voltage regulation +/- 5 %, and complete set enclosed in composite acoustic enclosure to restrict sound level up to 75 dB at 1.0 m with necessary fuel, mains, switchgears and accessories complete with continuous running on load/no load as per requirements complete with self certification. Note- The above rates are with on load working of DG set up to 5 hours per day. For additional working hours exceeding average 5 hours per day cost of diesel shall be considered as per actual.

Providing temporary illumination consisting of white/colour series lights with 8mm LED miniature lamps of 2 to 3.4V [1000nos] with cap with required switchgears erected and dismantled with rotor effect as approved up to three days.

Providing temporary illumination consisting of LED rope Light having 4 to 6 W capacity per meter [multi colour] and consisting suitable power adaptor with mains, switchgears erected and dismantled and maintaining the same up to 3 days

Providing and fixing temporary electronic rotating machine to give running effect to strips lights and miniature lights up to a load of 5000 W 230v, 50Hz, complete with mains and required switchgears with continuous earth wire and dismantling up to three days.

Providing temporary illumination consisting of water proof HMI Par Light upto , 400 w, 230v, 50Hz, colour temp 6500k housing of pressure die cast aluminium alloy [multi colour] complete erected with mains, switchgears with continuous earth wire erected and dismantled up to three days

Providing temporary illumination consisting of flood light fitting 200 W complete LED fitting having colour temp up to 6500k, IP65, housing of pressure die cast aluminium alloy and heat sink extruded aluminium complete required switchgear erected and dismantled.

(B) Sound System

Arrangement of high quality sound system for the Dome & stage of size 220x80 feet is required. Approx 3000 students & Hon’ble Governer, Maharashtra, VVIP Dignitories, Hon’ble M.P., Hon’ble MLA’s are expected to be present for this programme

Audio Mixer 16 Channel & above as per requirement (Ahuja/Studiomaster/ Alto/ Yamaha/ Phonic/ BOSCH) Microphones of good quality and various types for e.g. condenser, collar, cordless handheld etc. microphones for speech and singing. 20 No’s & above as per requirement (Ahuja/Studiomaster/ AKG/Shure/BOSCH) Amplifiers with stand by arrangement.
