REPAIR/ MAINT OF HT 33 KV SUB STATION, HT OVERHEAD DISTRIBUTION LINE AND DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER UNDERGROUND CABLE AND OTHER ASSOCIATED CONNECTED ITEMS AT RAMGARH CANTT UNDER GE RAMGARH

M & L for servicing and overhauling of rotating type isolator of 33 KV/800 Amp capacity for carry out repair like alignment of isolators, blades, arcing horns moving mechanism oiling and greasing to isolators gear box assembly tightening/renewal of nut and bolts repair to isolator complete all as directed.

Servicing/maintenance etc. of existing 11 KV VCB panel and maintaining various components to ensure reliable operation. Key areas include the vacuum interrupter, operating mechanism, insulation, and protection relays. Regular maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and testing (installed in HT panel room : Panel Type: UNIVAC, Sr. No. 58270VG, 58276VG, 58277VG, 54128VG, 58274VG, 54121VG, 54129VG,Mfg Year 2014) as per OEM recommendation by Er./Technician from OEM's i.e M/s Crompton Greaves or by Er./Technician of Authorized dealer of OEM. Qty - 06 Nos 11KV VCB (02 no I/C & 03 no O/G & 01 no BC+BR) complete all as directed.

Testing for healthiness and carrying out calibration of Protection Relay (overcurrent + Earth Fault) Model - CGI 14N, CT, PT & Others relays , installed in 11KV HT panel (02 No.- I/C & 03 No.- O/G) of sub-station and submission of test report and calibration certificate as required. Details of HT Panel is - Type : Panel Type : UNIVAC, Sr. No. 58270VG, 58276VG, 58277VG, 54128VG, 58274VG,Mfg Year 2014. Note: Testing and callibrations to be done by OEM's recommended callibrated Kit, by their Er./Technician or by Er./Technician of Authorized dealer of OEM complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of announciation facia 4/8 window suitable for 24 V DC complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of UNSV 11 KV panel indicating lamp of different colours (AC/DC) fitting LED type suitable for 24 volt/30volt DC complete all as spcified.

S&F in replacement of 24 V DC Hooter suitable for 33 KV relay panel including taking down old one complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of digital protection relays 3 OC (Over Current) + 1 EF (Earth Fault) relay for 11 KV VCB including taking down old one complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of bus bar supporting insulator for 11 KV VCB panel complete all as directed.

S&F in replacement of HRC fuse of capacity 10A, 8A, 4A for 11 KV VCB panel including taking down old one complete all as directed.
