REPAIRS TO FENCE, DRAINS, HARDSTANDING, INTERLOCKING TILES, SHEDS AND OTHER B/R WORKS AT AF STATION DWARKA AND KHAMBHALIYA UNDER GE (AF) JAMNAGAR NO.2

Demolition of brick / stone masonry / block masonry work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exc 10 cm in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 in wall or pillars complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for broken stone hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hardstading / path / flooring laid in panels finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for path / flooring complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size (as approved by GE) confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds with 0.50 mm thick scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling (25mm thick sand screed bed) under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filling in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete all as specified and directed. Note : The concrete shall be laid at a stretch n.exc 3.0m in length and every turning / corners.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
