Excavation in trenches exc 1.5 mtr in depth for taking out cable / pipe line n.exc 10 sq mtr on plan and exc 1.5 mtr but n.exc. 3.0 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning filling in trenches excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm.

M&L for preparation of existing old painted surface of any description such as Panels any height and painted by spraying with one coats of primer (superior quality) and a coat of synthetic enamel paint in blue color all around the panels. Make of Paint : Asian (Apcolite), Berger (Brolac) or equivalent.

Taking out cable loop after dismantling cable ends from panels, cutting/removing heated cable ends with burnt lugs lugs and inserting new lugs after cutting opening of fresh cable end complete including earth work and relaying cable neatly around loop for cable size 70 to 185 Sqmm.

Expertise and labour only for load balancing of feeder complete after removing all service cables connected to all the three phases, checking these for ohmic value, leakage if any and connecting to all the three phases in such a sequence so that load is nearly balanced in all the three phase complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cross - arms , MS channel or any type of angles with clamps, nut, bolts etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracing supports , clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated and including two coat of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

Comprehensive maintenance of street light fitting comprising of 70W /125W /150W /250W/400W HPSV/HPMV/ lamp fittings of any make any model fitted on the pole at any height with any type of fixing arrangement by replacing the ignitor, ballasts, capacitor, flexible wire/Al wire two core 2.5 sqmm / 4sqmm, clamps, nuts and bolts and lugs for a period of 11 months all as specified & directed. (Comprehensive maintenanace also includes taking down street light fitting of any capacity from any height from the pole and increase or decrease the height of the fixing arrangement by removing the bent pipe and clamps and refixing it to the proper height and removing all the hanging wires, cables, PVC pipes, old rusted clamps, hanging aluminium wires, hanging grasses etc and tightening of all nuts, bolts, clamps and fixing of the street light at proper direction all as directed.) Note : In replacement of Parts shall be measured & paid separately)

All as per item serial No.17 but for street light fittings of 1x40w tube light fitting and complete. Note : (Applicable for ser No. 1, 28 & 29) (a) Payment shall be make at proportionate rates as arrived from quoted rates. (b) In case any light found unserviceable for more than one week for the reasons attributed to the contractor, the panel recovery at the rate of double the quoted rate per week or part there of shall be done through RAR. (c) The comprehensive maintenance period shall be reckoned from the date of commencement to date of completion or a period of nine months from commencement of whole work which ever is later. (d) Decision of the accepting officer shall be binding upon the contractor regarding panel recoveries.

S&F in replacement steel tubular swaged complete cast iron plate base plate, finial plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 of length 9 mtr including earth work, PCC for foundation, copping all around the pole duly painted with aluminium paint over a red oxide primer as per SSR specification and directed. Note: Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately.
