od19632/2021_2022 : Providing and fixing partition using 8mm multipurpose cement board upto ceiling height consisting of G.I. frame including providing and fixing of frame work(25 mm x 25 mm x0.5 mm) , including jointing and finishing , joint finisher as per manufacture's specification and direction of engineer in charge all complete as per IS : 14862 with suitable fibre cement screws.

21.1.1.2 : Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately):For fixed portionPowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

21.1.2.2 : For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately)Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

21.3.1 : Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer - in -Charge. ( Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness

21.2.2 : Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS : 12823 Grade I Type II, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer - in- Charge.Pre- laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides.

15.28.2 : Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, velleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of :Asbestos Sheet

50.6.1.5 : Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 Part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) etc complete. Min. average compressive strength as per IS shall be 40-50kg/cm2 and has to be assessed by testing at Govt. lab. ( Variation in rate due to change in size of block and level of floor as per DSR/PRICE has to be considered).

50.10.1 : Steel work in built up G I tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Make: Tata,Vaishak, SAIL, JSW or eq primary make in the order of preference.

50.10.2 : Steel work for purlin/single section with G I pipes including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. od19644/2021_2022 : Providing corrugate G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( up to any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.<br>0.35 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

50.12.4.1 : Providing and fixing false ceiling with 7.5 mm thick PVC plain panel board ceiling of approved quality in aluminium frame work with necessary screws etc complete (aluminium frame work shall be paid separately)

16.91.1 : Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.60mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design& pattern. Average compressive strength of blocks shall be assessed by testing at go vernment approved labs as per IS.

ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Note: Rate should be inclusive of preparation of schematic diagram and getting approval from KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate. Statutory fees paid to KSEB/EI shall be paid by us separately.

Note :1 All materials, Items, Equipment shall be best branded items with IS and approved by client/KEL

2:Rate should be inclusive of installation, testing and commissioning cost for all items

3.Rate should be Exclusive of GST.

4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD/Irrigation Dept. specification and direction of Engineer at site.
