Dismantling Acid Proof Brick tile in walls or flooring laid in cement mortar/mastic mortar, carefully retrieving the tiles/Bricks for reuse without breakage including necessary scaffolding confirming to IS-3696 (part-I) with careful removal of dead mortar clinging to the tiles without damaging the tiles,cleaning the surface of walls/floor concrete, stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material at plant disposal yard as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Removal of existing old PPG lining including FRP exposing base surface, raking out joints and cleaning the surface of walls/floor concrete, disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead etc including necessary scaffolding confirming to IS-3696 (part-I) at all levels and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement but inculding finishing in line and level with curing etc all complete as per specification and as directed by EIC.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing 2mm thick PPG(Poly Propylene Glass) sheet lining over a base of 1.5mm FRP lining including provision of adequate cleaning of surface, application of adhesive, laying of PPG sheet followed with homogeneous fusion welding and providing additional strip of 25mm thick duly welded to base sheet including spark testing of lining curing, required testing, equipment and all special transition pieces, groove moulds, corners all as per specification and etc. complete as per drawings and as directed by the Engineer. Note: 1) The surface shall be sufficiently clean and dry before installation of FRP base followed by PPG lining. The floor surface shall have a mild roughness like sand finish plaster and from scales, loose material, oil, grease etc. The FRP lining and PPG sheet also shall be cleaned all the foreign material. 2)No dust, sand or other particle shall be allowed at joints and also homogeneity shall be properly ensured at all the joints. 3)The bonding shall be ensured by conducting sound test using plastic/wooden mallet.

Providing and fixing of structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including supply of steel consisting of plates, rolled steel joists, channels, angles, chequered plates, rectangular / square hollow steel sections, insert plates in RCC/Brickwork, anchor bolts, nuts, washers for steel structure etc. fabrication of steel structures as per drawings (including preparation of supplementary sketches and detailed bill of materials) supply of shims, packs, putty, gas, welding electrodes and all other consumables, as required to fix in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per the specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & applying two or more coats of solvent free epoxy paint of HUNTSMAN/CICO or equivalent consisting of Araldite and hardener in suaitable proportions as recommended by manufacturer's on steel surface to achive a dry film thickness of not less then 120 micron, over a coat of epoxy primer, to protect Steel surface from various acids, alkalies, sodium sulphate solid as well as liquid solution including scaffolding, safety measures, preparing the surface by scrubbing with wire brushes, cost of materials, labour, power tools & tackles etc. complete as per manufacturers recommendations, as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Steel Structures erected in position consisting of various structures like columns, floor beams, cable racks, monorail beams, roof trusses, purlins, equipment supports, ladders, ladder cages, staircases, walkways, pipe supports etc. at all locations and heights (up to 75 meters)

Old M.S. Hand Railing pipes erected in position consisting of 32mm/40mm dia MS Top and middle pipes and vertical posts at varying C/C spacing, Toe plates of all shapes and sizes at all locations and heights (up to 15 mtr) for staircases, walkways, landing, platforms etc.

Coating of epoxy paint over reinforment bar of any size including concrete surface after the epoxy primer including level scaffolding, exposing the bars form concrete slab,wall,column etc as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar average specified thickness in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/sqmm2).

Providing and fixing Steel reinforcement i.e. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of Grade Fe500D/Fe500EQR of make SAIL or RINL or TISCO or ISCO at all levels for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding with 16 gauge MS annealed binding wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for all level as per the specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead from brick walls, concrete walls, foundations etc at all levels and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
