Provision of Log Boom in Front of Head Regulator at Barrage of Uri Power Station

Stage-A: Excavation, Dewatering, Grouting of Vertical Anchors, Fabrication & Erection of reinforcement as per approved drawings, Construction of Concrete Block with approved Design Mix of Concrete.

Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (Exceeding 30cm and upto 1.5 mtr in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm. on plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed : (Ordinary Rock) as per drawing, technical specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge

Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (Exceeding 30cm and upto 1.5 mtr in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm. on plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed : (Hard rock (Blasting Prohibited)) as per drawing, technical specification and directions of Engineer-in-charge

Filling with available fly ash and earth (excluding rock) in trenches or embankment in layers (each layer should not exceed 15 em), with intermediate layer of compacted earth (Soil density of 98%) after every four layers of compacted depth of fly ash, sides & top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 30cm or as decided by Engineer -in-charge, including compacting each layer by rolling/ramming and watering, all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Grade of Steel Reinforcement shall be HYSD Bars of Fe 500 or higher grade conforming to relevant Indian Standards

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc and removal of form for :Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts including staging proping etc complete work as per site requirement

Providing and laying in position machine· batched ,machine mixed and machine vibrated -design mix cement concrete of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete structural elements, excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including Admixtures in recommended proportions, (as per IS 91 03) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and drawings- M-25grade reinforced cement concrete. All work upto plinth level.

Extra for laying reinforced cement concrete in or under water and /or liquid mud including cost of pumping or bailing out water and removing slush etc., complete.

Providing and Fixing Vertical Anchors including cutting, hoisting, bending etc as per drawing, technical specification and directions of Engineer -in-charge

Fixing and Grouting of Vertical Anchors including drilling / core cutting of anchor hole and grouting material as per drawing, technical specification and directions of Engineer -in-charge complete job

Providing and Fixing Rock Anchors including anchor and grouting material as per drawing, technical specification and directions of Engineer -in-charge

Stage-B: Design, Supply, Erection, Commissioning & Testing of Anchors (Pull Out Test) on Fish Pier under reservoir condition including reinforcement mapping with reinforcement scanning machine, core cutting machine, Erection of plates for anchoring of wire ropes for holding Log Boom at Concrete Anchor Block and Fish Pier and allied works.

Structural steel work riveted or bolted in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as indicated in drawing.

Design & Supply of HILTI make Anchor having load carry capacity more than 75 KN by HILTI and Scanning of Reinforcement including machinery & misc arrangement as per drawing, technical specification as per directions of Engineer-in-charge as indicated in drawing.

Core Cutting & Fixing of Anchor of required strength as per drawing, technical specification including staging, work under reservoir condition etc by Hilti as per directions of Engineer -in-charge as indicated in drawing.

Grouting of Anchor of required strength at fish pier with material suited for saturation condition, including staging etc including the work under reservoir condition as indicated in drawing.

Pull out test((For strength >= 75 KN) of Hilti make Anchors as per drawing, technical specification and strength requirement including hire charge for machinery, boat etc as per directions of Engineer -in-charge as indicated in drawing.

Stage-C: Fabrication and erection of various Components of Log Boom i.e. HDPE pipes along with holding arrangements & associated work, Screens, Wire Ropes along with allied works.

Providing and Fixing High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe of 900 mm dia and 5m length including water tight ends connections as per drawing, technical specification and directions of Engineer -in-charge (Approx 240 m in pieces).

Providing and Fixing wire rope of 36 mm dia for holding and erection log bom conforming to IS:2266, as per drawing, technical specification and directions of Engineer -in-charge.

Structural steel work riveted or bolted in built up sections of Flat, Angles, Bars, Hooks, Bolts, Plates, Clamps etc. trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel

Stage-D: Construction of Walkway Plate form including erection of Screens etc & Launching, Testing & Commissioning of Log Boom.

Providing and fixing Wooden planking, tongued and grooved in as per drawing, technical specification including priming etc and fixing with necessary bolts, nuts, screws etc complete. First class deodar / teak wood plank 300x120x120

Providing and fixing Wooden planking, tongued and grooved in as per drawing, technical specification including priming etc and fixing with necessary bolts, nuts, screws etc complete. First class deodar / teak wood plank 760 x300 x 20.

Providing and fixing of rope clamp, shakles etc. in position as per drawing, technical specification and directions of Engineer -in-charge.
