Providing and fixing 8mm thick Particle board (bwp phenol bonded exterior/interior grade) ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nail (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately. including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying marble work in flooring 20mm. thick base in cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand including jointing with cement mortar 1:2(1 white cement:2 marble dust)with an admixure of pigment to match the shade of the marble including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts. Pink makrana marble.

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick pre-painted steel sheet roofing in hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (Rmp) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 micron primer coating to back coat of polyester of 5 microns over 5 micron primer coating including fixing with pre-painted J or L hooks bolts and nuts 6 mm with pre-painted limpets including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts. (Tata sheet).

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyester organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyester of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6 mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charges including carriage of materials in all lead, lift and height (Tata/Century wells make).

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a coat of red lead paint including carriage of materials in all lead lifts and height. a) In beams, joists channels, angles, tees, flats with connection plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like etc.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 Sq.M. and under and 10 to 15mm thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within all Leads lifts and heights in Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 Cement : 5 Sand)

Wall Painting ( one coat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorated wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface clean of all dirt grease, loose pieces of scale and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for making the surface including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.

Extra for every subsequent coat of plastic emulsion paint including carriage of materials in all lead and lifts.
