Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) and disposing of debries outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs & tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded & pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Wall & ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including hangers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exc. 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including necessary form work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitrified light shade coloured tiles 9-10 mm thick double charged (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 1.00 Sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match ,laid over and including cement screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Vitrified light shade coloured tiles 9-10 mm thick double charged (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 1.00 Sqm as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm /450 x 300 x 7mm/300x600x 7 mm thick laid over and ncluding 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as in backing coat for tiles on vertical surfaces,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L Granite of 18 to 20mm thick, (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like set in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite laid over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Factory made Vitrified heavy Duty parking tiles coloured, matt finish,unglazed and unpolished of size 300x300x10mm thick laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including necessary fittings, screws, wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for powder coated GI grid frame work for false ceiling fixed with screw suspended with 6mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleates made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 5-6 mm thick PVC ceiling board fixed in flat surfaces on snap grid frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick perforated particle board/tiles for insulation and accoustic purpose 60x60 cm in size fixed with staples on snap grid including preparation of surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on new or previously untreated surfaces of ceiling complete all as specified and directed .

S& F for Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick single side prelaminated PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing to wall to make PVC Frame work as per specification and manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Aluminium Anodized frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partition wall with one or more rebates including handle, tower bolt, hinges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add for Powder Coating to Aluminium Anodized frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partition wall (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair for 5 mm thick of approved coloured ACP sheet cladding over MS frame work or any other surfaces including making necessary arrangement for light, vertical , horizontal offset of any size/any pattern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 12 mm solid PVC ply of 1st quality of approved colour fixed with necessary joining cleats, rubber packing, screw etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 30 mm thick flush shutter solid core construction with block board core and both face covered with decorative face veneer lipping with frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 4.8 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in square exc 0.50 Sqm each fix in aluminium frame with rubber beading complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for 35 to 40 mm thick precast RCC Jallies of pattern as approved including frame , balusters, bressumers, kneelers, string courses fixing in any position with CM 1:4 including demolition of old jallies and thrown outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified including demolition complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 37 above but except stone complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- Old stones obtained from demolition shall be reused under this item.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 or fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repair for Venetian blinds, vertical/horizontal type, 100 mm wide with polyester fabric of approved colour and pattern with aluminum fittings, and top rail and nylon buttons / loops etc., fixed cuttings and alteration if necessary wherever AC / coolers exists including dismantling of old unserviceable venetian blinds, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface and finishing walls with two coat of Acrylic emulsion exterior paint of required shade over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall, by applying 2-3 mm thick white cement base putty in patches as required and applying two coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) white including necessay fitting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs CP Pillar taps fancy type 15 mm bore, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered `Hot' or `Cold' with long screwed shanks & fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back. Size 550 x 400 mm excluding taps, waste chain & plug & porcelain stopper but including brackets complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repair for health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15mm dia pipe with 1.25 meter long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connection and fixed in position complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S&F in repair CP grating of size 100 mm dia with/without waste hole complete all as specified

M & L for 15 mm GI tubing medium grade with all fittings fixed to walls, ceiling or laid in floors including taking up or down existing unserviceable steel tubing and connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs 32mm dia, 800mm long flexible PVC waste pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC connection 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm, including taking down old PVC connection all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No.61 above but 110 mm dia .

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous china urinal, half stall type, white, complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60cm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, with grating and union for discharge pipe and CP urinal spreader, including making all connections to existing connections, fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair Phenol bonded Bamboowood flooring with planks of size 14 mm thick, 1800 mm length (minimum) and 130 mm wide (minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Material & Technologies Promotion Council (BMPTC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4 mm thick expanded polythelene foam sheet having density 40 kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900 mm x 44 mm, wherever required, The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf with Eco friendly/UV coating, complete all as specified as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Phenol bonded Bamboowood in wall/skirting with planks of size 14 mm thick, 1800 mm length (minimum) and 85 mm wide (minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Material & Technologies Promotion Council (BMPTC). The skirting shall be fixed with SS screws & rawl plugs over underlayment of 4 mm thick expanded polythelene foam sheet having density 40 kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900 mm x 44 mm, wherever required, The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf with Eco friendly/UV coating, complete all as specified as per manufacturers instructions and as directed.
