Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out concrete embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and including removal all rubbish material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate demolation) and including removal all rubbish material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work, including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type, fixed with steel or wood fillets, if any complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder/PCC solid block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick or stone/PCC block walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water, etc. & including removal all rubbish material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth (or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth) & getting out, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes or for laying underground pipe lines etc. in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated surplus (soil) material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating & including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (nominal mix) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (nominal mix) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like ; any thickness ; above top of footings & including attached pilaster and buttresses etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete 1:5:8 (using crushed stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50mm thick providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, with jointing post, type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:4 & including all mould- ings, etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of flat formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of flat formwork to sides of pillars (square, rectangular or polygonal), posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts ; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing, including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. & including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only Chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of size /type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and dia of neck exceeding 10mm but n.exc 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line of wire to be measured) & including dismantling of old wire fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in renewal for erecting of 610 mm dia punched tape concertina coil fencing, stretches along with two lines for RBT (supporting wire of the same material as concertina coil) having stranded specifications, average weight not less than 1.06 Kg/RM & including coating of px2 compound (Anti Rust) and fixed in angle iron brackets on compound/security wall with and including using necessary scaffolding along the length of wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Srl item No 25 (here-in-above) but re-fixing restraining, resucuring of existing and including making good stapes etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shapes required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel framed work as in door or gate hung type or other section with gusset plates rails braces etc ; drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering to doors or sliding with & including grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick/PCC block masonry or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick/PCC block masonry or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC 3% by weight of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked as approved complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered walls/ louvers jallies surfaces and applying two coats of antifungal paint (Apex) of first grade quality over and including a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of first grade quality over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out loose/spalled out waste material by chiselling chippings etc from beam, wall, columns, band etc., & including use and waste of from work and providing steel wire fabric mesh of size 75mm X 75mm of dia 3.15mm fixed by L shaped mild steel sheer key welded with existing reinforcement and providing 75mm thick concrete (1:1.5:3) type A-0 using graded crushed stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size with pressure nozzle (guniting) and finishing the surface in CM (1:3) surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rates shall deemed to be inclusive of all form work and scafolding or other any special handy T&P required to make up proper shape and size of columns/ Pillars, beam and wall partition etc.
