EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PREPARATION OF DETAILED PROJECT REPORT, TENDER DOCUMENTS FOR DESIGNING, DETAILED PROJECT REPORT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF 10 MLD WATER TREATMENT WORKS WITH COMPLETE AUTOMATION AND SCADA COMPRISING OF RCC INLET FROM KANWALA MINOR

1.0) On completion and submission of Survey work, Soil Testing report. 1.1.2.1) On submission of Feasibility Report. 2.0) On submission of DPR 3.0) Tender documents preparation comprising of the following Preparation of pre-qualification, General Terms & Conditions, Scope of work, Detailed Specifications for civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Automation, Technical data sheets, Price schedule, Pre bid conference. 3.1 After Price bid Opening Evaluation of technical bids and price bid & recommendations 4.0 Checking and recommendation for approval of SUBMISSIONS made by successful bidder for following : 4.1 Pre structural Design:- a) Sizing Calculation b) Process & Instrumentation Drawings. c) Technical Data Sheets and GA drawing for Mechanical and Electric Equipment’s d) Plant Layout and GA Drawings 4.2 Structural Civil Drawings a) Civil GA drawings (the design submitted by the bidder shall be got vetted from any reputed institution by HSVP and consultant shall be only checking the design and hydraulic levels). 4.3 Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & Automation. a) Automation process write ups. b) Mechanical GA, Fabrication drawings c) SLD, Mimic panel & MCC drawings d) HT Panel, LT Panel & HT to LT conversion, Transformers, Substation Designs& drawing e) Shop Fabrication Drawings for Electrical and Mechanical Equipments. f) Working drawings. g) O&M Manual Site visit by Technical expert (minimum 02 visits per month) (Out of this 10% amount, 8% shall be releases on pro-rata basis till physical completion of 95% of scope of work 5.0) On successful completion of work and submission of as built drawings duly signed by consultant to HSVP On successful completion of defect liability period On Completion and submision of Survey work soil Testing report.
