Expansion Joints For pavement (Upto and inclusive of thickness of 200 mm). (Including providing and laying MS dowel bar, painting as required and cap and cotton waste, bitumen impregenated fibre board conforming IS:1838 & sealing compound conforming to IS :1834 TypeB as required).

Providing Construction joints in pavements including cleaning the joints of all loose materials and sealing with sealing compound conforming to IS:1834 Type B as required etc. complete as per drawings,specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge for;Construction joints 20mm wide x 25mm deep.

Supply and application of coving of 50mmx50mm at the junction of horizontal and vertical wall using Cement mortar 1:4 admixed with Fosroc Nito bond SBR Latex. The mortar /screed modifier cum bonding aid , Fosroc Nitobond SBR latex /BASF Masteremaco SBR2/ Dr Fixit super latex/Sika latex should be added @ 5 litre per beg of Cement.

Providing and applying a single component, liquid applied, elastomeric pitch free polyurethane water proof coating like Nitoproof 600PF of Fosroc chemicals/ Dr. Fixit Flexi PU 270(I)/ Sikalastic -450 (I)/ to be applied by brush, trowel, squeegee or airless spray at two coats to achived a minimum wet film thickness of 1.5mm.The liquid applied, elastomeric waterproofing membrane, shall be made of hydrocarbonfree polyurethane. The membrane when cured shall be capable of an extension of not less than 400%. Its tensile strength shall exceed 1.9 N/mm2, tear resistance 15 KN/m as per ASTM D624-00and the water vapour transmissions shall be less than 0.6g/m2/ hour. The cured membrane should have value of Adhesion-in-peel test (N)more than 50 N.

Providing and laying 75 to 100 mm thick screed concrete of M 15 grade mixed with approved water proofing compound like Conplast WL (Integral waterproofing compound confirming to IS 2645)/ Dr fixit LW+/Masterpel 707 of BASF over the coated surface including preparation of surface, finishing, curing etc., all complete as per manufacture's specifications and instruction and as directed.
