Excavation in foundation, trenches etc.in earth work , in all depths & in all classification of earth work stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required, into plinths, sides of foundations, etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement :4sand :8 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in in foundation and plinth.as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge

15 mm THICK CEMENT PLASTER IN SINGLE COAT ON FAIR SIDE OF RCC/BRICK/STONE MASONARY FOR INTERIOR PLASTERING 1 : 6 (1CEMENT : 6SAND) in all respect as per direction of Engineer -in - Charge

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on un-decorated wall surface to give an even shade over and including priming coat of whiting after througly brushing the surface free from mortar and other foreign matters with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in foundation and plinth with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. in: -

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete the cost reinforcement & form work . IN RCC Work in wall i/c attached ,buttresses ,Pillaster and their caps & Bases & string courses etc. uup to floor to level with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. in: -

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete the cost reinforcement & form work . IN RCC Work in suspended floor, roofs landing & shelves & thier support balconies ,Beams,Girdres ,bressumers & cantilever up to floor level with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction & direction of the Engineer - in - Charge. in: -

Prov. Form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring , shuttering, strutting & propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies , height of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.& removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in :

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions & the like I/c attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like :

c) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs landings and the like floors etc upto 200mm thickness.

Providing ,laying, Jointing and testing of HDPE pipe for water supply use for burried water mains and services and for water supply above ground both inside and outside building ,dully confirming to required grade as IS 4984-2016 of pressure and rating and material grades as latest with up to date amendments of following O pipes.
