Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (All kinds of soil) :

Providing/Laying of stone soling on horizontal incl hand packing & cost of stones

Providing & Laying in position cement concrete of 1:4:8 (1cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) ,including curing but excluding cost of centering & shuttering all works upto plinth level

Providing & Laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) ,including curing but excluding cost of centering & shuttering all works upto plinth level

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1cement:4 fine sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing and fixing of sign board displaying salient features as per standard design / size (1.22mx0.91m) with angle iron posts embedded in cement concrete block to be approved by E-n-C including painting, lettering and cost of concrete block (complete job)

Onsite geo-tagged photographs to be captured before, during and after execution of work including printout on photo paper complete job as per instruction of E-n-C

Carriage of material by Mech. Transport from approved source upto site of work a. stone aggregate 40mm from (21 km)

b. Stone aggregate 20mm from (21 km)

c. Sand from average lead-- (05 km)

d. Stone /Soling from avg.lead of-- (15 km)
