Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion from Concrete, brick work,masonry, etc. and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) af any description and in any position not otherwise specifically proveded for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls ,ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, main holes, pier holes etc complete in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanized 2 strands steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixed to any shape/type of standard posts, straining bolts, including screwing or tightning at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staple or steel pins etc as directed (Note : Each line of wire to be measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair erecting of 610 mm dia punched tape concertina coil fencing, stretches along with two lines for RBT (supporting wire of the same material as concertina coil) having stranded specifications, average weight not less than 1.06 Kg/RM including coating of px2 compound (Anti Rust) and fixed in angle iron brackets on compound wall with and including using necessary scaffolding along the length of wall complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser Item No 13.00(here-in-before) but refixing, resecuring of existing punched tape concertina coil including making good staples complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed plates of vertical steel posts etc and similar works including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but nexc 10cm long and diameter of neck in mm 11 to 15 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT MS bars of 6mm dia and upto 8mm dia as in stirrups and spacers cut to lengh bent to shape reqd incl cranking bending spirally for hooking for column and binding with MS annealed wire not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B-1,(1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls and the like any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses for static water tank complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to face of walls retaining wall, abutments, parapet wall and stair cases railings and similar work including attached pillasters butteresses etc vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams etc. for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to sides of pillers, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions of square , rectangular or polygonal for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) (40mm graded aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in Cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM in (1:4) finished fair and even external surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35mm thick (measured solid) precast cement concrete louvers and jallies type B-0 mix (1:2:4) (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) including all mouldings but excluding frame set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in two layer on external surfaces :- 1 layer 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & 2nd layer 5mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of concrete or masonary surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on concrete or masonary surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately as supply only under respective item.

M&L for preparation of new plastery/louvers jllies surfaces and applying two coats of antifungal paint including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade on walls including a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railigs upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, sligtly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc. 10 cm girth and width including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC jallies of any thickness fixed with any type of wall complete all as specified and directed.
