Materials charges as per SOW (including fixed charges for 3 nos. of GPS fitted vehicle for 1st year and 4 nos. of GPS fitted Vehicles for 2nd year and 2500 kms per month per vehicle of running charges, driver & a system for its tracking along with one set of DG Set, Consumables Tools & Tackles each for O&M Activites for each vehicle)

STEEL PIPELINE LEAK REPAIR

The work include attending pipeline (Steel Pipeline dia 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 -inch) leak repair by sleeves welding at designated location/ sites including transportation of Sleeve, supply of manpower & machinery, excavation & backfilling, cutting, welding, grinding, beveling, surface preparation, leak testing, coating, holiday checking etc. to complete the work in all aspect as per GAIL Gas Laid Down procedure/SOPs & directions of E-I-C. (Sleeves to be supplied by GAIL Gas)(Standard Sleve length of 80 Cm has been assumed) (As per detailed Scope of Work) 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 -inch

MOLING

The Moling shall be carried out as per the requirement specified by Client, and approved procedures. The contractor has to carry out through survey of the underground utilities before going for the Moling, to avoid the damage to the other utilities. No extra payment will be made for any trial/ abandoned pits made during the survey. The supply of all equipment, power required for carrying out moling work, is in contractor’s scope. The type of moling to be carried out i.e., Manual/Machine with or without casing shall be at the discretion of Client. A prior approval is to be taken before starting the Moling. For manual Moling the contractor shall ensure that the size of the hole shall not be more than 20% of the size of the casing / carrier pipe whichever is applicable. After completion of Manual Moling the hole shall be properly compacted / filled with soil by watering and by approved procedures, the pits shall be backfilled, compacted & restored. The rate for such crossing work by using casing pipe & carrier pipe or only carrier pipe shall be payable as per Schedule of Rates. No separate payment shall be made for pulling the carrier pipe. The rates for Moling, as indicated in SOR, are payable as per the size of the casing/carrier pipe and are inclusive of excavation of pits, backfilling, compaction, restoration, jointing and insertion of carrier pipe. Any damages occurred to other utilities during the Moling operation shall be immediately notified and rectified by the contractor without any cost implication to Client. The length of the Hole (excluding the sizes of the pits on both ends) shall be considered for the measurement of Moling length. However, intermediate pits will consider in the moling length

HUMAN RESOURCES FOR O&M SERVICES / METERING SERVICES OF MANDIDEEP CGD NETWORK

Services for carrying out O&M of CGD Network as per the Scope of Work of tender on instruction of EIC required for maintaining uninterrupted gas supply. (1st Year from the date of LOA) [Bidders are not required to Quote against this Item and payments will be reimbursed as per the applicable clauses of SCC / SOW.]

Services for carrying out O&M of CGD Network as per the Scope of Work of tender on instruction of EIC required for maintaining uninterrupted gas supply. (2nd Year from the date of end of 1st year) [Bidders are not required to Quote against this Item and payments will be reimbursed as per the applicable clauses of SCC / SOW.]

Service for taking Daily Meter Readings for recording of meter reading/ EVC parameters of Industrial and Commercial Customers on daily basis, leakage testing/ visual inspection in MRS and reporting abnormalities (First Year) [Bidders are not required to Quote against this Item and payments will be reimbursed as per the applicable clauses of SCC / SOW.]

Service Charges for SOR item No: 20 & 40 (For Sencond Year). These service charges are against for providing services for SOR Item 20 & 40 and the Total Quantity of 12 has been considered accordingly for Second years. [NEGATIVE NOT ALLOWED]

O&M SERVICES / METERING SERVICES OF MANDIDEEP CGD NETWORK

Materials charges as per SOW (including fixed charges for 3 nos. of GPS fitted vehicle and 2500 kms per month per vehicle of running charges, including driver & a system for its tracking along with one set of DG Set, Consumables Tools & Tackles each for O&M Activites )

Running Cost of 3 nos. of vehicle for O&M Activities as per SOW

Service for digging, backfilling and other similar jobs as and when required.

STEEL PIPELINE LEAK REPAIR

The work include attending pipeline (Steel Pipeline dia 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 -inch) leak repair by sleeves welding at designated location/ sites including transportation of Sleeve, supply of manpower & machinery, excavation & backfilling, cutting, welding, grinding, beveling, surface preparation, leak testing, coating, holiday checking etc. to complete the work in all aspect as per GAIL Gas Laid Down procedure/SOPs & directions of E-I-C. (Sleeves to be supplied by GAIL Gas)(Standard Sleve length of 80 Cm has been assumed) (As per detailed Scope of Work) 10 / 8 / 6 / 4 -inch

SUPPLY OF PAINT AND PAINTING OF PIPING AND STRUCTURE.

As per Table in scope of work for above ground terminal piping, vessels, valves, structural steel pipe supports, walk ways, platforms, railings, fire water line etc. other equipment and as per various terms, specifications and conditions of the contract, after surface preparation after removal of loose paint / rust material if any with wire brush, emery paper, cleaning with lint free cloth including supply of all necessary paint materials, consumables, brushes, emery paper, tools, tackles, test & measuring instruments and related calibration accessories, support for carrying out the cleaning & painting work as per scope, specifications & special conditions of the contract at various sites . The item includes complete cost of paint removal (wherever required) surface preparation, repainting including material (paint, primer etc.), labour, transportation, and re-lettering/Marking on the pipelines/Structures as per the drawings issued and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (As per detailed Scope of Work)

PAINTING OF CHAIN-LINK FENCING.

As per Table in scope of work for fencing/ Gate / Electric Pole, as per various terms, specifications and conditions of the contract, after surface preparation after removal of loose paint / rust material if any with wire brush, emery paper, cleaning with lint free cloth including supply of all necessary paint materials, consumables, brushes, emery paper, tools, tackles, test & measuring instruments and related calibration accessories, support for carrying out the cleaning & painting work as per scope, specifications & special conditions of the contract al various sites . STEEL WORK

Fabrication and erection of steel work at site of built up stations in RS joist i.e. Angle, Channels, Tees, Pipes, Flate, I-beams, Chequered plate, Sheets etc. for cross over platforms, boards, gate, fencing post, stands and similar structures etc. including cutting, welding & fixing in position at site as per scope of work and directions of engineer in charge. (As per detailed Scope of Work). The item includes complete cost of material , labour, transportation ,installation & erection as per the drawings issued and to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (As per detailed Scope of Work)

Fabrication and errection of Steel work

FILLING WITH SAND/CEMENT BAG

Filling up of washout trenches with sand, cement bags as per site requirements. Item includes providing of gunny bags, cement, sand etc, dry mixing of cement and sand in 1 cement: 10 sand proportion, filling of the bags, stitching/sewing of bags with nylon thread, placing of the bags in the washout trenches in specified layers as per site requirements/ instructions of EIC. ( approx. 28 Nos. of bags will be required to be laid for one Cu. mtr of volume )The item shall be paid as per compacted volume measured at site. Item include cost of the material, transportation, manpower, royalty etc. complete in all respect. (As per detailed Scope of Work)

Maintenance of Steel or MDPE line Valve chamber -Removal of all foreign materials like grass, vegetation, garbage, water (by arranging dewatering pump if required), seewage etc. Pest control Treatment in valve chamber such as Limestone powder etc. Checking of Valve Operatibily & greasing. Painting of Valve and Chamber Cover. (average no. of valves considered calculated by considering 400 Kms length of p/l, valve at every 3 km & servicing of each valve two times a year)

MOLING

The Moling shall be carried out as per the requirement specified by Client, and approved procedures. The contractor has to carry out through survey of the underground utilities before going for the Moling, to avoid the damage to the other utilities. No extra payment will be made for any trial/ abandoned pits made during the survey. The supply of all equipment, power required for carrying out moling work, is in contractor’s scope. The type of moling to be carried out i.e., Manual/Machine with or without casing shall be at the discretion of Client. A prior approval is to be taken before starting the Moling. For manual Moling the contractor shall ensure that the size of the hole shall not be more than 20% of the size of the casing / carrier pipe whichever is applicable. After completion of Manual Moling the hole shall be properly compacted / filled with soil by watering and by approved procedures, the pits shall be backfilled, compacted & restored. The rate for such crossing work by using casing pipe & carrier pipe or only carrier pipe shall be payable as per Schedule of Rates. No separate payment shall be made for pulling the carrier pipe. The rates for Moling, as indicated in SOR, are payable as per the size of the casing/carrier pipe and are inclusive of excavation of pits, backfilling, compaction, restoration, jointing and insertion of carrier pipe. Any damages occurred to other utilities during the Moling operation shall be immediately notified and rectified by the contractor without any cost implication to Client. The length of the Hole (excluding the sizes of the pits on both ends) shall be considered for the measurement of Moling length. However, intermediate pits will consider in the moling length
