Preparation of detailed project report and Bid process management service. A) Preparation of detailed project report (DPR) 1. Requisite surveys including topographical and geotechnical investigations 2. Review of existing data/ services/ infrastructure. 3. Preparation of detail drawings 4. Preparation of detailed cost estimate 5. Preparation of DPR with appropriate project development structures. 6. Providing assistance in obtaining administrative approval from competent authority. B) Bid Process Management Service 1. Preparation of Tender Document and evaluation of bids and awarding contract. Survey, Data / L-section / Cross section & Preparation of Plans & finalization of alignment / conceptual plans and approval to design & drawing & Submission of D.P.R. & Detailed original / Revised estimate obtaining technical sanction from competent authority obtaining administrative approval / revised administrative approval & preparation of tender documents accordingly. (Please Quote Percentage of Project Based Cost )
Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services.1. Proof Checking, supervision of work 2. Measurement recording 3. Bill certification 4. Quantity monitoring as per Tender Condition 5. Progress monitoring Ensuring timely completion of work 6. Coordinating between Degloor Municipal Council and Contractor 7. Assisting Degloor Municipal Council in solving issues related to site clearance, approval 8. Solving work related issue of contractors 9. Representing Degloor Municipal Council in various meetings at all levels. 10. Ensuring compliance of tender/ Contract terms & conditions. (Please Quote Percentage of Project Based Cost )
