Excavation in trenches n exc 1.50 m wide and n exc 1.50 m depth in soft /loose soil and getting out for lying of cable and errection pipe etc complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, trenches in soft /loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Taking up old cast iron water mains 300 mm bore (dia) with all fittings with spigot and socket ends/ Flanged pipes including lead etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of Ductile Iron (DI) Pressure pipe 300 mm bore (dia) with Spigot & Socket Ends, Centrifugally Cast (Spun) with cement mortar lining in inner side confirming to IS : 8392 /2000 in standard length for classification class K-9 and other relevant standards and Metallic Zinc Coating followed by a finishing layer of Epoxy Paint in outer side, suitable for Push-on Joint (Rubber Gasket Joint) in any length and laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge. Note- 1.Excavation and DI Specials shall be measured and paid separately. 2. Rate of rubber gasket is deemed to be included in unit quoted rate

M&L for Cast Iron Sluice Valve 300 mm bore (dia), comply with IS:14846-2000, Class PN-1.6, both ends flanged, having Gun Metal Working Parts, stainless steel spindle with Cast Iron Hand Wheel with all necessary fixing arrangements such as Gaskets, Mild Steel Nuts, Bolts, Washers, etc. and testing including taking down unserviceable Sluice Valve, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for DI Bends tapers, Tees, pieces (Single or double branch) any Type and angle/ radius and straight connecting pieces for Pipe upto 300mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone agrgregate) as in foundation/ road filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction Brick Masonary valve pit of size 900x900x900 mm ( internal dimention) one each brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 ( 40mm graded aggre-gate) in job foundation, rendering 15mm thick internally and externally upto 150mm below GL , providing 3.15 mm thich MS Sheet valve pit cover , welded with 40x5mm flat iron frame all round including provision of hinges, handle with locking arrangement and 40x40x6 mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of hold fast 150mm long, embeded in PCC 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) block of size 230x200x100mm applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint to all exposed steel surface over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of surfaces and necessay earth work in soft/ loose soil including demolition of unserviceable valve pit, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In- Charge.
