CONSTRUCTION OF RCC SUMP, PANEL ROOM FOR FACILITATING PUMPING ARRANGEMENT NEAR BHARATPUR (OCP) AREA OF M/s MCL.

Amount

Excavation in founation: Earth work in excavation in all type of soil, including ordinary rock, by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / Manual means over areas for depth up to 3.0 m including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 300 m and lift upto 1.5 m, dewatering of sub-soil water, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Back Filling excaveted soil: Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying & Filling-Sand: Supplying and filling in plinth with approved quality of sand under floors, foundations, trenches etc. as directed including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

P& L of P.C.C. (1:3:6): Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

P& L of R.C.C (1:1.5:3)- up to PL: Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

P& L of R.C.C (1:1.5:3)- above PL: Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

P& L of steel reinforcement: Providing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete - for all works Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500/500D.

Shuttering- foundations, footing: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Shuttering- columns, pillars: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Shutterings-lintels, beams: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Shuttering- roofs, landings: Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Shuttering-walls: Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Soring & Shuttering: Close timbering in case of shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes and the like including strutting, shoring and packing cavities (wherever required) etc. complete for depth up to 4.5 m (Measurements to be taken of the face area timbered).

Fly ash brick masonry work-below PL: Brick work with fly ash bricks , class designation 10 average compressive strength in foundation up to plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand).

Fly ash brick masonry- above PL: Brick work with fly ash bricks, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand).

Providing15mm CP (1:6): Providing 15 mm thick Cement Plaster in coarse sand of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing12mm CP (1:6): Providing 12 mm thick Cement Plaster in coarse sand of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing 6 mm CP (1:3): Providing 6 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

Grading plaster 20mm thick (1:6): 20 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

P/F M.S. sheet door: Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete like locking arrangement & handle on both sides, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. (i) Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece

Acrylic distemper: Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification including distemper : Two or more coats on new work

Cement paint: Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade including cement paint : New work (Two or more coats)

Dismentling of RCC: Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Structural Steel- S/F/E: Supplying, fabricating and erection of structural steel work from angles, channels, beams, flats, sheets,etc, riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, door frames, insert plates, MS gratings, MS grills/door frame/door etc for all type of works i.e. in supporting structures/over head crossings/pipe pushings/thruct blocks/MS pontoons/work inside barge, including transportation to work site. Also including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position, welding and applying painting with priming coat of approved quality all complete.

Painting with enamel paint: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.
