Renovation of Electrical Wiring at Computer Lab of Education Department, BT College Campus under University of Kalyani.

Supplying and fixing 415V, 100 A TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating.(L&T) (Ref:PWD Page No-D-3,Item No:4(a)) (One for GF Panel O/G other for FF Panel I/C)

Supply & fixing 415V 125 A capacity MS (16 SWG) Busbar Chamber having dimension of (500x150 mm) to be fixed on iron frame on wall consisting of 4 nos copper bars of size (4 x 15x3 mm). The same BBC should have a separate cubicle at one end consisting 3 nos 125 A capacity porcelain cut out fuse unit & one nutral bar to receive the service cable including connecting the cut out fuse units with the BBC by S/F PVC insulated copper wire duly socketed at both ends incl. earthing attachment & painting . Supply & fixing double door 6 way Enclosure (8GB31572RC) Vertical TPNMCBDB (Siemens) with IP 42/43 protection SS enclosure on angle iron frame on wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Supplying and fixing Four Pole 415 V MCB 40 A of Breaking capacity 10kA & C characteristics on din rail of existing DBs and necessary connection with 4 way MCB SS enclosure having IP-20/30 protection, powder coated provision for two/four pole MCB, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. painting, connection & provision for earthing attachment mending good for damages. Supplying and fixing 20 mm size PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make]on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works. [Ref:PWD Page No-E-16,Item No-7(a)] NB - Should be use Precision make shaddle & the saddles should be fixed at 325mm interval .

Supplying and fixing 25 mm size PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make]on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works. [Ref:PWD SOR Page No-E-16,Item No-7(b) ] NB - Should be use Precision make shaddle & the saddles should be fixed at 325mm interval .

Cutting Channel of sizes (40 mm x 40 mm) on masonry wall by Electric operated cutting machine incl. supplying & fixing heavy gauge as per office supply pipe sample 19 mm bore, 3 mm thick Polythene pipe by means of anchoring chemical (Hilti/Sika) and GI 'U' hooks of 8 SWG including supplying and drawing 18 SWG GI wire as Fish wire and mending good damages to original finish by using own tools and tackles for the following sizes Pipes - **a)19 mm dia 3 mm thick polythene pipe without earth continuity wire (For circuit drawing & Point wiring / as per requirement of Job / as per instruction of EIC) NB - All rubbishes should be removed from work site & also Tee & Elbow should not be use in the conceal pipe,continuity wire.
