1) All the work shall be carried out as per Public works deptt. Hand book, and other I.S. specifications and other specifications of the Division or

by the Deptt. And 1 % (One percent) of amount put to tender after deducting the cost of materials as per Schedule - A shall be deducted from

the running account bills of the work (as per G.R. (R & B) Deptt No. TNC/1085/4/C Dt. 10.05.85)

7) One percent of value of work for this work, shall be recovered form the contract payments as “LABOUR CESS” in terms of the Gujarat

Government Gazette – Extra Ordinary – Dated 12/12/2004 Implementation of Building and other construction works (Regulation of

employment and condition of Service Act, 1996)

8) As the work is to be carried out in all Govt. Non-Resi and Resi as such all the furniture and other under shallbe shifted by the contractor at his

own cost and on completion of work same shall be put to its original place for which on Extra payment shall be made.

9) RCC item where there is changing of grade mix or change as per actual mix design the different of cement consumption shall be deducted

from the rate of original item of the rate of star rate maintanaced in the tender.

10) Amount of Rs. -.00 total dismentalled credit shall be recovered from 1st R.A. Bill
