Providing, Testing & Commissioning of Minimum 8 TR (96000 Btu/h) to maximum 8.5 TR (102000 Btu/h) Ceiling supported Ductable AC unit and the outdoor & indoor unit acting on 3 Phase 380 to 415 V (±) 50Hz & Single Phase 220 to 240 V (±) 50Hz respectively, Machine should be inverter technology and run on 410 refrigerant or equivalent in/c commissioning with vaccumising, Nitrogen pressure testing, first charge of refrigerant, lifting sifting, installation etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Providing, Testing & Commissioning of Minimum 4 TR (48000 Btu/h)Ceiling supported Ductable AC unit and the outdoor & indoor unit acting on 3 Phase 380 to 415 V (±) 50Hz & Single Phase 220 to 240 V (±) 50Hz respectively, Machine should be and run on 410 refrigerant or equivalent in/c commissioning with vaccumising, Nitrogen pressure testing, first charge of refrigerant, lifting sifting, installation etc. complete as per direction of Engineer -in- charge.

Providing & Installation of Hard Drawn Copper piping complete OEM duly installed with 19 mm/13 mm close cell electrometric nitrile rubber insulation for manufacturer's designed pipe of size as per direction of the Engineer in charge:- 9.52 mm (3/8") OD with 13 mm thick insulation.

15.90 mm (5/8") OD with 13 mm thick insulation.

22.22 mm (7/8") OD with 19 mm thick insulation.

Designing, fabrication & erection of 22 G GI sheet metal Ducting in/c providing necessary flanges, gaskets, bracings and supports complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply & fixing of Duct acoustic insulation with 10 mm thick open cell nitrile rubber (Inside) in/c all necessary fitting arrangement ( acoustic insulation should be fitted by corrugation in inside for reducing the sound up to 20 DB) complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply & erection of Thermal insulation with minimum 12 mm thick Nitrale complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Supply & erection Canvas connection complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & installation Outdoor structure or Pedestal complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing , Fitting & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Eyeball Jet 300 mm diffuser Circular/ round shape white colour complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, Fitting & fixing of powder coated extruded aluminium Grill without MS VCD complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & Installation VI Pad for outdoor unit complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & Fitting fixing of Electric Control cable (5 core) suitable for connection between MCB to Outdoor unit / indoor unit etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. 5Cx 4.0 sq.mm cu cable.

Cutting hole on the wall of the Auditorium for supply & return duct of AHU unit installed at outside the Auditorium and repair the same holes after completion of the duckting work by bricks, cement plastering, Colouring etc . complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fabrication & fitting Fixing of MS Structure (by 50 mmx 50mm X 4 mm MS angle) for Enclosure of the AHU which has to be enclosed by 19 mm weather proof, anti Termite Ply wood insulated by 12 mm Nitrale in/c provision of necessary maintenance door with locking arrangement on bottom part of the enclosure and Colouring the same two or more coats etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing & fitting Fixing Return duct enclosure/ Module false ceiling by providing Galvanised Iron channel structure & Gypsum Board for Return duct in/c keeping provision of fitting fixing of Diffuser & return Grill etc .complete (necessary scaffolding will be done by the agency in his own cost) as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing hard PVC pipe of best quality of 25 mm diameter including necessary clamping and fitting for draining of condensate water from indoor unit as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
