Laying of 400 sqmm XLPE 6.6KV Armourd power cable from MRS to Booster Area on existing cable tray, as per the applicable IS-1255, including shifting of the cable drum from the central store to site. Hydra can be provided on chargiable basis subject to availablity. All required tools & tackles shall be under the scope of vendor.

Removing of existing 400Sqmm, HRPVC old cable which are not in service from overhead cable tray in cut piece of 2 meters lengths where it is not possible to remove in single length. After removing of the cables all scrap piece of the cables should be credited at scrape yard central store from site is under the scope of vender. For Removing, cutting & shifting of the cable required tools & Tackles are under the scope of the vendor.

Laying of up to 50sq mm 1.1KV power cable/ control cable on the existing cable tray as per the applicable IS. Jobs includes shifting of the cable drum from the central store to site & laying of the cables.

Laying of 1.1KV power cable from 70 to 120 sqmm on the existing cable tray as per the applicable IS. Jobs includes shifting of the cable drum from the central store to site & laying of the cables.

Laying of 1.1KV power cable from 150 to 240 sqmm on the existing cable tray as per the applicable IS. Jobs includes shifting of the cable drum from the central store to site & laying of the cables.

Laying and installation of 1.1KV size up to 120sqmm armored power cable underground as per technical specification (Annexure-A).

Laying and installation of 1.1KV size from 150sqmm to 240sqmm armored power cable underground as per technical specification (Annexure-A).

Supply of ETP material copper tube should be suitable for fitting of the link outer dia 22mm & inner dia weight of 18mm wall thickness 2mm

Supply of 18mm dia, flexible, 6.6KV, copper cable as per attached technical specification

Supply of Reychem Make 2" HT Tape Heat srink tape of 10 Meter length in roll .

Supply of Reychem Make 38mm Tape Non Heat srinkable self adisive insulation tape of 10 Meter length in roll

Supply of 400 Sqmm rechem make heat shrink end termination kit with complete accessories sutable for 6.6KV unearthed /11KV earthed system 400 Sqmm, aluminium conductor XLPE cable. Cable lugs should be 400Sq MM Extra Long Type, ETP-copper Tinned lugs. (Suitable for three crimp)

Fabrication and supply of long barrel, tinned copper, pin type cable lugs as per the enclosed Drawing. (suitable for crimping with aluminium conductor of 400 sq. mm for 6.6 KV motors. These lugs are of special size having long barrel length and higher pin diameter.)

Modification the existing Cable Box of Booster motors with 10mm thick MS Plate for extension of the length. Size of cable box extension is Approximate 190-200mm. width is 290mm and depth 150mm ( All dimision is external) Gland plate size 400mm x250mm. gland plate fixing bolts 12 mm with 2 flat washer & one spring washer. ( total nos of bolt min 12 Nos). After modification painting of the complete cable box with red oxide and 2 coat of Epoxy Gray Paint is under the scope of vendor. ForModification all required tools, welding machine, cutting tools, requires size of MS plate Red Oxide, Gray Paints is under the scope of vendor.
