Material and labour for borehole by DTH/Rotary drilling method for borewell of 125 mm dia bore upto a depth of 45 m from ground level in any type of soil/hard rock/soft rock complete at the location approved by GE and disposal of waste material complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for borehole by DTH/Rotary drilling method for borewell of 112 mm dia bore upto a depth of 6 m from ground level in any type of soil/hard rock/soft rock complete at the location approved by GE and disposal of waste material complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying, assembling, lowering and levelling 175 mm nominal bore UPVC ASTM SCH 120 ISI marked casing blank pipe having wall thickness as per ASTM and jointing with proper Cement sealing as per IS in random pipe length of 3 or 6 m , including necessary fitting i.e. upto depth of 6 m from below ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supplying, assembling, lowering and levelling 125 mm nominal bore UPVC ASTM SCH 80 ISI marked casing blank pipe having wall thickness as per ASTM and jointing with Cement sealing in random length of 3 or 6 m, including necessary fitting i.e. from depth of up to 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and packing 'P' (Pea) gravels of size 2 mm to 10 mm and cement sand grout in annular space upto entire depth of bore hole upto ground level to prevent annulus inter mixing of aquifers and saline water as per IS 8110:2000 completed all as per directed

Material and Labour for Foundation of size 100 cm x 100 cm x 100 cm at ground level for holding tubewell made of plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (including necessary Earth work, excavation, returning filling, removal and form work etc. )

Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water.

Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield.

Supply and Fixing for MS reducer, bail plug, well cap, MS strip for centering, MS iron clamps, electric logging and sample strata box.

Supply and Install submersible pump 1HP, electric driven 230 V, SP suitable for 125/150 mm dia bore well ( Casing pipe size 125/150 mm) complete with starter and connection complete all as directed .

Supply and laying of pipe 32mm dia HDPE, “Medium class”, including fittings all as specified directed.

Supply and laying of pipe 25mm dia HDPE, “Medium class”, including fittings all as specified directed

Supply and fixing Gun-metal gate valve 32mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Strainer Y type of size 50 mm dia conforming to IS, complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply & Fixing of Submersible cable 2 core, 4 sqmm, PVC sheathed 1100V grade with copper conductor including making connections and fixing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying of cable XLPE Insulated screened , PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) , 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 2 core 10.0 sqmm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60X60cmX6.0 mm thick, buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25m. Deepbelow ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nutsand washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil with common salt, charcoal dust mixed and packed 150 mm thick all round the GI earthplate, watering pipe 20 mm dia. GI medium grade, GI sheet 0.63 mm thick funnel, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly reinforced with MS round vars 8 mm dia. @ 150 c/c both ways and pit chamber in PCC type C-1 all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.(Note:-(i) Earth lead beyond 7.5m from electrode to earth terminal, GI pipe light grade 15mm dia. for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately . (ii) On testing after completion if desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost .
