Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build incement morter or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of sewage lines of size 150mm and over including manholes through chassis mounded diesel run vehicle mounded hydraulic operated high pressure suction per cum jetting sewage cleaning machine capacity including skilled operator supervising Engineer for cleaning/ partial desilting of manholes and sewer line as guide lines laid in IS-11972 (1987) complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of manhole covers and cleaning of underground sewage line 100/ 150 / 200 mm dia SGSW/ RCC pipe by rodding the deposited solid liquid and sludge material in the sewage line and manholes of any depth and size including getting out the solid/ liquid sludge materials by mechanical means through the sewage line manholes chamber and removing the same out side the MD land as directed including re-fixing the manhole covers in original position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of gully trap covers and opening of access door of CI fitting and cleaning of CI soil waste pipes connected from WC/ kitchen 75/100mm and getting out the solid/ liquid sludge material from the pipe fixed on wall/ laid under floors and gully trap all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and refixing gully trap covers and access door in original position after cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning blockage of gully trap/ Nahni trap/ WC etc including removing and refixing the grating in same position with cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PTMT grating 150 x 150mm size over floor tap anti cockros all as approved sample complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and de-silting/ taking out deposited sludge's or other solid deposits from the septic tanks/ central sewage plant using suitable pump or by any mechanical means and removing sludge's to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- for item No 4.00 to 9.00 (i) Every day at 0900AM contractor representative will be present at MES complaint cell to receive the complaint slip from users , complaint has to be rectified within 48 hrs. If there is any delay on this part then for every non rectified defect Rs 1000.00 per day per complaint will be recovered from contractor. (ii) All the sludges removed from the septic tanks/ manholes shall not be dumbed in and around area and to be cleaned immediately. Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of this aspect. (iii) Jetting of sewer line by high pressure jetting system of 2200PSI/ suction. (iv) If the blockage reoccurs in line cleaned by jetting system within six months then it has to be cleaned by the same without any extra cost. (v) All the cleaned sludges/ waste shall be cleared time to time without any delay and no failure/ deviations are acceptable. (vi) In no circumstances, human beings are permitted or allowed inside of Septic Tank/ Sewage Tank/ Manholes etc and quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of this aspect.

Removing of sewage water and mud from the existing septic tank/MH/Sewage lines with or without filter beds of any size/ depth/ capacity using super sucker machine and disposal off same outside MD land and all as specified and directed Notes:- (i) Cleaning of manholes and sewage lines shall be done through Jetting Suction Machine only. (ii) Removal of sludge shall be done through dump tank of suction machine only. (iii) If at any location, making clear pathway for movement of Jetting Machine / Dump tank if required shall be made by the contractor without any extra cost. (iv) Necessary records of cleaning through Jetting / Suction machine shall be maintained by the contractor and produced to GE duly verified by the Engr-in-Charge and JE's. (v) Cleaning of sewage line shall be measured between outer to outer edge of the manhole / chamber.

Taking out soil settled in bed of drains by means of excavation including removing grass, small bushes, shrubs etc and removingthe excavated materials to a distance exc 50m but n.exc. 100m and deposited were complete all as specified and directed

M&L for providing cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing pre-cast cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B1 (with using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 as in cover slab (manhole)/open drain etc., with plain faces including demolition of old pre cast manhole cover complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bar upto 10 mm dia bars cut to length bent to shape require, including cranking bending and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to deformed or twisted bars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 150 mm dia (Internal) salt glazed stone ware pipe of Grade A laid in trenches etc including demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150m dia (Salt glazed ware, AC or Rein-forced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm dia RCC Hume pipe, class NP-2 ,ISI marked with collar laid and jointed in cement motar (1:1) complete including dismantling the existing drain/sewage pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate ) to drain pipes including forming cradles in after they are laid and tested for 200 mm dia NP-2 Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 250 mm dia RCC Hume pipe, class NP-2 ,ISI marked with collar laid and jointed in cement motar (1:1) complete including dismantling the existing drain/sewage pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate ) to drain pipes including forming cradles in after they are laid and tested for 250 mm dia NP-2 Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. for shafts, wells, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning & filling soil in trenches including spreading, levelling and watering in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material soil to a distence exc 250m and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5m above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC in 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in Cement concrete in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for upto 300mm bore pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
