Maintenance Work of Tripura Lokashikhshalaya T L S High School under Jirania RD Block for the year 2025-26

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required:-Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for re-plastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

12 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge: Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying cement plaster skirting upto 300 mm height with cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including rounding of junctions etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.21 mm thick

Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] :New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]. With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromatic on steel / iron works having VOC content less than 250 grams/ litreOn steel work.

Finishing with epoxy paint ( one or more coats ) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification on old work including preparation of surface etc. as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:-On steel work

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] :

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2.

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer particle board medium density exterior grade (Grade I) or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked to frame,backing or studding with screws etc. complete(Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately):

Finishing walls with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicon additives of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position :
