Locker Bed Side Steel (FD-229/257): M & L for replacement of existing broken/damaged legs of Locker Bed side steel made out of 1mm thick MS sheet shape and size as per drawing duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Olive Green over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of 03 way locking device system of Locker Bed side steel made out of 10mm dia steel round rod and 3mm thick MS plate holding cover and washer shape and size as per the existing, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of Door/Shutter of Locker Bed side steel made out of 1mm thick MS sheet, and providing 75 mm butt hinges (03 Nos) for fixing door as per drawing duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Olive Green over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of old broken/damaged hasp and staple of Locker Bed side steel with new one of 100mm hasp and staple, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of old broken/damaged existing 'D' shape handle of Locker Bed side steel with new one complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of 125 mm chromium plated steel handle of Locker Bed Side steel with new one shall be provided and fixed as shown in drawing, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of old broken/damaged existing 19mm dia steel hanging rod/pipe with two socket ofLocker Bed side steel with new one complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of Shelf of Locker Bed Side steel with new one made out of 1 mm thick MS sheet and providing 04 Nos of cleat for fixing to locker shape and size as per drawing duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, Olive green over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for taking out existing dislocated shelf of Locker Bed side steel and refixing the same in position including providing cleats etc., complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for taking out existing dislocated door/shutter of Locker Bed side steel and making its shape and size as per drawing and refixing the same in position including welding and providing 75 mm butt hinges (03 Nos) as per existing, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for taking out of existing leg from Locker Bed side steel, made to shape as per drawing by denting and repair the same including fixing arrangement and spot welding and complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of 50mm brass lock of locker bed side steel, with new one, with triplicate keys, shall be provided and fixed complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. Make: LINK/RINA or its equivalent as approved.

LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL SINGLE DOOR FD-96 CWE) M & L for taking out of existing leg from Locker bed side steel single door made to shape as per drawing by denting and repair the same including fixing arrangement and spot welding, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of LEG of Locker bed side steel single door with new one made out of 1mm thick MS sheet, shape and size all as shown on drawing and as specified including spot welding as required, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for removing of existing drawer from Locker Bed side steel single door made to shape as per drawing by denting and repair the same including fixing arrangement and spot welding, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of drawer of Locker Bed side steel single door made out from 1mm thick, MS sheet shape and size as per drawing duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, Olive green over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of old broken/damaged butt hinges 75 mm of locker bed side steel single door with new one of 75 mm butt hinges (03 Nos) including fixing arrangement and spot welding, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of 125mm chromium plated steel handle of Locker Bed Side steel single door, with new one shall be provided and fixed as shown in drawing, complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of socket of Locker bed side steel single door with new one, shall be provided as per shape and size as per the existing or as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of old broken/damaged existing hanging rod/pipe of Locker bed side steel single door with new one 19mm dia stainless steel hanging rod and both side new socket, all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for replacement of 50mm brass lock of Locker bed side steel single door, with new one with triplicate keys, shall be provided and fixed complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: LINK/RINA or its equivalent as approved.

M & L for removing of shelf of Locker Bed Side steel single door, with new one made out of 1 mm thick MS sheet and providing 04 Nos. of cleat for fixing to almirah shape and size as pe drawing duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, Olive green over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for replacement of old painted steel surface of LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL (FD-1029/257), filling depressed portion by oil putty, sanding with emery paper/cloth to have smooth surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer (wherever necessary) to all exposed surface (internally & externally) by spray machine, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 27 here-in-before but for LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL SINGLE DOOR . (FD-TP).
