Formulation of GIS Based Master Plan for Belagavi Local Planning area

To qualify for bidding, the bidder should have completed minimum two projects for MP preparation for any Town /city or City Development plan in India with at least one planning area exceeding 75 sqkm in the last 5 years. The proof for the same shall be submitted.OrThe GIS based draft Master plans for planning area exceeding 75 sqkm which are submitted to Government for approval. The proof for the same shall be submitted.

The bidder shall have sufficient trained man power for carrying out the field survey and other activities and list ofthe same shall be provided Details of Man powers to be provided is mentioned in Bid Document

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e., 2019-20,2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 , 2023-24 a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of ot less than Rs.3.60 Crores

The bidder should be a proprietary partnership firm Company Society established under the partnership act registration of companies society act

The bidder(s) should hold valid GST registration certificate and Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by income tax department.

The bidder(s) shall not be under declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices or deficiencies of services or blacklisted with any of the Government agencies at the time of bidding

The bidder(s) shall enclose audited balance sheet and profit and loss statement for last 3 financial years. The bidder shall be a Profit makingcompany during the last 3 years

Bidder(s) shall enclose Proof of payment/ compliance for income tax for the last three financial years and a statement of no Income tax dues from the Financial Officer of Bidder for the 3years.

Understanding of the requirement Brief methodology in own words along with the activity chart with optimum number of staff key person.s ii Understanding of the study area and identification of specific problems of the town suggested solutions or case studies of similar problems
