Taking out old rusted alluminium cladding and Supply and fixing alluminium sheet of size 24 Gauge for cladding to exposed AC duct rectangular/ square duct made out of Hollow profile, duly factory boxed, including all accessories such as corner, cleat, carriage bolts, gasket, with support of angle iron of size 50mm x 50mm x 6 mm and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc as specified.

Taking out old damaged Ac duct insulation and supply and fixing for duct insulation with resin bonded fiber glass wool roll of density 24 kg per cum, with factory laminated alluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation 40 mm and including the following: (a) M & L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust,grease and other foreigen material, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakages. (b) M & L for appling rubber based adhesive CPRX compound.

S&F in repair/replacement following unserviceble items of exhaust fan 450 mm sweep 1440 RPM - (a) shaft

All as per item No 205 above but Disconnecting the electrical connection and taking down the burnt out exhaust fan motor of any capacity from any location for repair, dismantling the motor & taking out burnout copper winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire as pr existing gauge including replacement of bering & correcting minor defects reassembling, and reinstalled at site complete all as specified and directed by EIC.
