SH: I - ELECTRICAL WORK MAIN HYDRANT PUMP SET Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of electric driven Fire Pump suitable for automatic operation consisting of the following (as per latest CPWD specification and its amendments up to date.) 1) Fire Pump with bronze impeller horizontal split casing centrifugal suction type multi stage having a capacity of 2850 Ltrs/minute against a total head of 70 meters so as to ensure a minimum pressure of 3.5 kg per square cm. at the highest and farthest outlet at the specified flow complete with necessary Pressure Gauge on the delivery side including by pass arrangement for periodical testing of the working of the pumping set with 50mm dia G.I. pipe upto 5 Mtr. length & control valve. The Pump shall be provided with mechanical seals. 2) Squirrel cage type TEFC motor suitable for operation on 415V, 3 phases 50 Hz. system of 50 HP for the above pump with synchronous speed of 1500 RPM and flexible coupling with the Pump Motor should confirm to latest IS standards and ECBC norms. 3) Common bed plate fabricated from mild steel channel or Cast Iron type. 4) Construction of cement concrete foundation as required. 5) All coupling of pump and motor should be covered with Safety Guard. 6) PRV, fittings and assoicated spares shall be provided to mount with the existing piping systems etc. as required. 7) Provision of vibration damping arrangement by cushy foot mounting, as required complete in all respects.

DIESEL PUMP SET Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Diesel Engine driven Fire Pump suitable for automatic operation consisting of the following (as per specifications.) 1) Horizontal centrifugal type, Fire Pump with bronze impeller complete for delivery of 2850 Ltrs/minute at a total head of 70 meters so as to ensure a minimum pressure of 3.5 kg per sq.cm. at the highest & farthest outlet at the specified flow, complete with necessary pressure gauge on the delivery side including by pass arrangement for periodical testing of the working of the pump set as required. The pump shall be provided with mechanical seals. 2) Water cooled cold starting type multi cylinder 4 stroke diesel engine, developing suitable minimum BHP at 1500 RPM for the above pump set with automatic starting mechanism, cooling system with radial cool engine, maintenance free batteries, battery charge unit, flexible coupling with the pump. Provision of additional 200 ltr capacity diesel tank and connecting fuel piping from the diesel tank. Provision of vibration damping arrangement by cushy foot mounting, as required complete in all respects. 3) Common bed plate fabricated from mild steel channel or Cast Iron type. 4) Construction of cement concrete pump foundation as required. 5) Exhaust pipe with thermal insulation with 50mm thick Glass wool insulation and aluminium cladding 24 SWG sheet around upto external wall outside the pump room as directed by Engineer-In-Charge complete in all respects. 6) All coupling of Pump and Motor should be covered with Safety Guard. 7) PRV, fittings and associated spares shall be provided to mount with the existing piping systems etc. as required.

JOCKEY PUMP SET Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of Electric Motor driven automatic pressurization Pump Set consisting of the following (As per specification). 1) Centrifugal Pump of 180 LPM capacity capable of building up pressure lost in any leakage in the system against a total head of 70 m approx. complete with necessary Pressure Gauge on the delivery side including by-pass arrangement for testing of the working of the pumping set and with mechanical seals as required. 2) Squirrel cage A.C. induction motor suitable for operation on 415 V, 3 phase 50 Hz. Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05 mm) with Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete: (a) Gutter (600 mm over all girth).

12 mm cement plaster of mix: (a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand).

Hacking of CC flooring including cleaning for surface etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix).

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) In cement mortar.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: (a) Of area 3 sq. metres and below.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (a) 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern.

Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings and clamps, including cutting and making good the walls etc. Internal work - Exposed on wall.

Making connection of G.I. distribution branch with G.I. main of following sizes by providing and fixing tee, including cutting and threading the pipe etc. complete: (a) 50 to 80 mm nominal bore.

Providing and fixing gun metal gate valve with C.I. wheel of approved quality (screwed end): (a) 50 mm nominal bore.
