Consultancy services for Survey and investigation, preparation of designs, drawings, estimates and DTPs for the proposed Vaderahalli storage reservoir near Vaderahalli village, Koratagere Taluk, Tumkur District and allied works with required structures to draw water from Vaderahalli to Lakkenahalli Balancing reservoir or to intake forebay of Kolar Package 1 pump house etc., including land acquisition and R & R proposals under Yettinahole project

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor, at least one similar work costing not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e. 48.63 lakhs during last 5 financial years (i.e., work executed during (i.e. during 2021-22 to 2025-26 shall be considered) will be considered). The work done certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division or Equivalent officer. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weight age of 10% per annum, if the work is completed prior to the year 2026-27 .Note- (One similar work means Survey & Investigation, Preparation of Designs, Drawings, Estimates, DTPs and land acquisition for Dam/major water retaining structures/ filling of tanks/Irrigation/Water supply)

Consultancy firm should have experience in preparing the DPR as per CWC norms , Codal Provision and Irrigation Manual

Consultancy firm should have experience in preparing the DPR for construction of Dam/Barrage and its allied works involving Hydrology, assessment of flood, preparation of designs, drawings and for minimum 500 Mcft capacity as per CWC norms.

The Consultancy firm should have experience in preparation of Design, Drawings, Cost Estimate, Package Estimates & DTPs for Tunnel for a minimum length of 1.20 km

The Consultancy firm should have experience in preparation of Design, drawings, estimate & DTPs for diversion of surplus water from one basin to another basin, assessment of total yield, assessment of divertible yield, preparation of design, drawings and cost estimates for diversion of surplus water.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum eligibility and Prequalification criteria, will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available bid Capacity is calculated as under. Personnel including Skills and competencies-The Bidder / Company should have and deploy the following key personnel /man power for the assignment. Bio data of individual key personnel signed by the individual member shall be furnished-A.Key Personnel-a) Team Leader cum Senior Water Resources Engineer- A Post-Graduate in Water Resources / Hydrology Engineering with minimum of 10 years experience in the relevant field.b) Senior Structural Engineer-Post-Graduate in Structural Engineering with minimum of 10 years experience in the in the relevant field.c)Senior Hydrological Engineer-Ph.D in Hydrology and minimum of 10 years experience in relevant hydrological studies.B.Supporting Staff-a) Structural Engineer-A Post-Graduate/Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in the field of conducting non-destructive test on the existing structures.b)Geo-Technical Engineer-A Post-Graduate in Civil with specialization in Geo-Technical Engineering minimum of 3 years experience in the relevant field.-c)Senior Surveyor-Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in operation of Total Station and GPS equipment.-d) Senior Geologiest- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in study of strata classification and relavent field experience e) CAD Draughtsman-Diploma in civil engineering with minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field The consent letters of key personnel /man power to be part of the above assignment should be enclosed. Non enclosing of consent letters will automatically result in non applying the Marks. It may be noted that, only the team members who are indicated in this column will be necessarily employed in the above work. In exceptional cases the change in name will be permitted with the prior consent of the concerned C.E. The equivalent shall be of the same grade and experience as per replacement.

Key equipment The bidder should have the following survey equipment / Licensed software for carrying out the assignment1.The Differential Global Positioning System (DGPS) (Static and RTK) having angular Least count of 1 Inch and accuracy of 5 Inch both for Hz and Vz distance measurement accuracy of 1mm and 1.5mm, with all the necessary accessories2.The Electronic Total Station having angular least count of 1 Inch and accuracy of 5 Inch both for Hz and Vz distance measurement accuracy of 1mm and 1.5mm, with all the necessary accessories3.Autocad LT 2009 or above Auto cad 2018 or above, Auto Plotter 8 and aboveabove4. All necessary vehicles for carrying out the survey work.5.STAAD Pro Software of latest version.6.UAV Drone equipment DGCA approved survey grade UAV certificate along with UIN numberown or tie-upThe intending bidder should have availability of above equipment/software either owned or by document against self-mobilization or by lease agreement entered into before the date of filling the tender.

The intending bidder in his name should have in last five years period (from 2020-21 to 2024-25) achieved in at least two financial years a average annual financial turnover equal to amount put to tender i.e, Rs.194.50 Lakhs (in all classes of civil engineering works only) Audited Balance Sheets, Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a Chartered Accountant along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished. All document/certificates issued by a Charted Accountant should have a UDIN (unique document Identification Number) generated through the ICAI (The Institude of chartered Accountants of India) Portal. Certificate without UDIN the documents uploaded will be considered and treated as invalid document. An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to bring it to the present price level (FY 2026-27).
