Supply & Fixing of exhaust gas piping of suitable dia welded black 250mm dia MS class B pipe incl all necessary bend supports and clamps, anti vibration mounting insulation of exhaust system with 50mm thick mineral wool covered with wire mesh and aluminium cladding incl.making scaffolding arrangement by bamboo, coir rope etc. for smooth working and lifting of MS black pipe for vertical installation including dismantling of scaffolding arrangement after completion of work.(from DG sets to top of the building plus 3 meter or as per CPCB IV+) for 500 KVA DG set as per direction of EIC

Supply of 1.1 KV Grade XLPE/PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, steel Armoured Al. conductor Cable of the following size, and conforming to IS: 7098 (Part-I):1988 as amended upto date, in respect of component materials and tests, and as per the approved makes [Make:RR Kabel/ Polycab/ Gloster/ KEI] a) 4 core 300 sq mm XLPE Al Ar cable

b) 4 core 70 sq mm XLPE Al Ar cable

c) 4 core 50 sq mm XLPE Al Ar cable

Laying of one cable upto 150 sqmm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand as to GS.

Laying of one cable above 150 sqmm and upto 300 sqmm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand as to GS.

Supplying & fixing 100 mm dia medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium)Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required (Make: Jindal/TATA Steel or Similar) as to GS.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE armoured cables as below : a) 4 core 300 sq mm XLPE Al Ar cable

b) 4 core 70 sq mm XLPE Al Ar cable

c) 4 core 50 sq mm XLPE Al Ar cable

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials : a) 4 core 300 sq mm XLPE Al /Ar cable

b) 4 core 70 sq mm XLPE Al /Ar cable

c) 4 core 50 sq mm XLPE Al /Ar cable

Straigh through Jointing of cable of different size by compound jointing kit including S&F ferrul, tapes and jointing materials (Brand approved by EIC) (Schedule. F6, (10,(xii) 4 core 300 sqmm cable

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By TATA-Medium GI pipe
