Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer has to furnish the details of the Head Office including Telephone No.s, E-mail address, the fax and the mobile numbers of the person whom to be contacted.

Conditional tenders will not be accepted.

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

The employer is not responsible for any delay in accessing E - Procurement Portal.

All the formats prescribed in the bid document shall be filled by the tenderer in complete manner otherwise it will be rejected.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original, Submit the original document at the time of technical bid opening or next day and the Chief Engineer reserves the right to verify the original documents before approval.

The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

The contractors assessed available tender capacity shall be more than the tender value, it will be calculated as per the STD tender document Attached.

The Tender processing fee shall not be refundable.

Tenderer who qualifying in the technical bid such tenderer financial bid will be opened.

The Bidder shall not furnish any fake/fabricated/false information or withhold facts etc., if the bidder is found to have violated any of these above (found either during evaluation or after awarding the tender), the tender shall be rejected and action as per rules and regulations shall be taken against the Bidder.

If the Successful Bidder has quoted lesser rates than the estimated rates then he should without fail remit the Unbalanced Tender Amount along with the Security Deposit within the stipulated time as that shall be specified in the Letter of Acceptance, failing which the tender of the Successful Bidder shall be rejected

The Rates should be quoted by bidder are to be EXCLUSIVE of applicable GST and should mandatorily mention in remarks column

Past Experience

Should have satisfactorily completed single work / contract or be currently providing personnel employing at least 100 numbers.

Work Done Certificate

Attested copy of manpower wages roll and EPFO Challan in support of available manpower (duly submitted to EPFO) in respect of the previous four quarters shall be acceptable. (with TRRN No. for the latest month prior to submission)

Work Done Certificate

Should have experience in supplying manpower to State Govt./Central Govt./PSU/Pvt.Sector in last three years (FY 22-23, FY23-24, FY24-25)

Financial Status

Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover out of the last 5 audited financial year (FY20-21, FY 21-22, FY 22-23, FY23-24, FY24-25)must not be less than INR 440.00 Lakh

The net-worth of the bidder for the last 3 years (FY 22-23, FY23-24, FY24-25) must not be less than Rs.110.00 Lakh during 2024-25, as on submission date.
