Repair/ maintainance/ servicing and checking thoroughly, defective centrifugal pump set of capacity 120 HP by dismantling of pump set at site and checking inspection and replacement of unserviceable spares as required or as directed. Notes :- (a) Spares shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as 'Supply only'. (b) The work involves proper alignment after repairing, testing, recommissioning the pump set to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable electric motor of 90/ 100/ 120 HP capacity of pump set from foundation and transportation to workshop for repairing, opening and rewinding with new super enamelled copper insulated winding wire as per existing gauge of copper wire, winding with insulating material, varnishing, heating etc and reassembling, transporting back to site of work and installing on existing foundation including proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- All disturbed surfaces shall be made good to match the eixisting surfaces without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for repairs to foundation of motor pump set of 100/ 90/ 75/ 60/ 30/ 25 HP by removing and taking out pump motor from foundation by unscrewing the nuts bolts and keeping away, dismantling old foundation, providing new foundation of MS channel MC 75 to MC 150 size, angle section as required at site as directed and strengthing the foundation plate, tightening/ screwing with SS nut bolts, providing UPVC pipe for drainage of water and re-fixing of motor on foundation including welding at proper connections, replacement of foundation nut bolts, washers, with accurate realignment of motor with pump to avoid vibration and to provide smooth running of pump on full load, testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note:- The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of all civil works including PCC 1:2:4, type B2 as in foundation and grouting work including necessary form work, plaster etc complete as directed.
