Beatification of Charan Ganga at Talai in Tehsil Jhandutta Distt Bilaspur HP SH Construction of retaining wall on left bank and Dugh Nallah and Construction of Bathrooms at Dugh Nallah

Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting and chiseling soft or hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of bed to correct grade stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and returning the excavated soil in 15cm layers including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed in all leads and lifts and soring strutting and trimming and dressing where ever required complete in all respect.

Pick jumper work

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in retaining wall/breast wall.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plaiin concrete work in:-

i) Vertical surface such as walls(any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5 :3 (1Cement : 1.5 sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts in :-

Foundation, footing, bases of columns and the like & mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts. Thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth, & string courses etc. from top of found action level upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand :12 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) On curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including finishing the top surfaces of concrete smooth.

Providing and laying D.P.C 38mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement 2sand 4 stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) and curing complete.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen (mexphalt 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70 Kg. per square metre on damp proof couse after cleaning the surface with a piece of cloth lightly soaked with kerosene.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top,bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleat angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazing/panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay 2nd class building bricks in supper structurs avobe plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand)including curing complete

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on Rough side of brick /stone /concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level I/c arrises, internal rounded angles, chambers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar1:4 (1 cement :4 sand)

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600x600mm x10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles (300x300mmx8mm) in grey/coloured of required shade in skirting risers of steps and dados on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement :6 sand :12 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) On curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrets flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement40mm thick.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge.

Providing and fixing anodyzed aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolt and nuts screws etc. Complete in all respect 250x16mm

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required shade with necessary screws

Providing and fixing aluminium Tower bolts (barrel type) anodized ,transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with screws etc.

Construction course rubble hammer dressed U shap open surface drain with side wall 15x22 cm in cement motor 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) and in side plastering with cement plaster 1:3(1cement:3 sand) including earth work and laying 10 cm cement concrete 1:5:10 (1cement:5sand:10 graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as standred design.

Laying,jointing and testing 125 mm dia GMS Pipes jointed with butt weld joint of below dia mtr i/c the cost of bends ) complete as per IS:1239-1990 (Part-I) The welding of flanges to be done on both faces in requisite layers to make the joints leak proof and to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The laying of pipe should be conformed to IS:5822-1994. (Earth work in trenches, Flanged joints & Butt weld joints to be measured and paid for separately )

Providing circumferencial 125 mm dia Butt welded joints by electrical arc welding to GMS/MSERW pipe, welded in requisite number of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld conforming to IS: 816-1969 specifications, by using welding electrodes conforming to IS:814-1991, at site of work complete in all respects, including manual / mechanical handling of pipes in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface two coats to give an even shade I/c throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dust and other foreign matter .

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer .
