Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm as directed and consolidating the same by thorough saturation with water, ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand. (payment to be made on measurement of finished quantity). (B) Do - by fine sand

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement, if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Supplying & laying Double Wall Corrugated (with external annular corrugation and smooth internal walls) High Density Polyethelene Pipes conforming to IS 16098 (Part-II):2013 having Stiffness Class of SN 8 with Ring Stiffness not less than 8.00 KN/Sqm. and Impact Resistance TIR value not more than 10% including necessary jointing materials for non pressure underground Drainage, Sewerage & Cross drainage application. (vii) 600mm internal dia.

Constructing catch pit to a depth of 1.0m (Inside) with 250mm th. 1st class Brick Work (1:4) in all sides over a layer of jhama brick soling & 100mm th. jhama cement concrete (1:4:8) including necessary earth work, providing approved type C.I. Syphone (150mm dia) with topping RCPC gully grid (5MT load bearing capacity) constructing invert with brick-on-edge, including 20mm th. inside cement plaster (1:4) finished with neat cement punning, at the top 100mm th. R.C.C. slab (1:1.5:3) with stone chips including necessary reinforcement, shuttering as per standard drawing and as directed by E-I-C complete in all respect and removal of surplus earth with all costs of labour and materials. Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removingrubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. a) In ground floor including roof.

Bailing out water by pump including all leads and lifts and including making all arrangements for disposal, where continuous flow or seepage of water is encountered and rating of pumps and hours of operation is specifically ascertained as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying silver sand as per approved specification and stacked at site

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc.all complete (capacity 50kg).

Labour charges for filling empt with all kind of earth (wet or dry) sand or aggregate (stone/brick) and swing as done in case of cement bagy cement gunny bag/polythene bag (capacity 50kg) with all kind of earth (dry or wet), sand or aggregates (stone/bricks) and sewing as done in case of cement bags, (tying with knot after filling will be accepted), and stacking within a lead of 30m as per direction of E.I.C (Cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials). NB:- volume of earth/sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028cum/bag.

Dumping in position earth/sand filled gunny/poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30m inclusive of all lifts.

Removing earth filled Poly bags/ Gunny bags from the channel bed/ slope and initially depositing the same near channel bank at a place as directed by the E.I.C. for measurement and then disposing off the same at a distance not less than 60m from the channel side.

Construction of manhole with chamber of size as given below as per requirement without shaft with cement brick work (1:4) over 150mm. thick jhama cement conc. (1:4:8) bed over a layer of brick flat soling including providing 150mm. thick R.C.C. slab with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with reinforcement as per standard drawing over the chamber, brick on edge flooring with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) in the invert with 20mm. thick cement plastering (1:4) finished fine with neat cement 1.50 mm. thick in the inside walls and invert, including supplying, fitting and fixing R.C.P.C. manhole cover & frame (35 M.T. load bearing capacity) with ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) & C.I. steps (4kg. Each) including cutting hard crust, excavation, dewatering, back filling andremoval of spoils but excluding shoring complete as per standard drawing. (Depth of invert shall be between 1.25 m. and 1.80 m. below G.L.) i) Average depth of invert 1.25 m. below G.L with 250 mm. thick brick work b) Above 400 mm to 600 mm dia having internal size (1500mm × 1100mm)
