CHAIR VERANDAH(FD-256): Removing the unserviceable 19mm MS conduit pipe legs and S&F new legs made out of 19mm dia MS conduit pipe, 1.6mm thick all as specified and directed

Removing the unserviceable plastic cane from chair verandah and re-canning the same with new plastic cane 4mm wide half round superior quality white in colour in chatta pattern for seat and back all as specified and directed by engr in charge

Removing unserviceable hard rubber shoes and S&F new hard rubber shoes all as specified and directed

CHAIR DINING/CHAIR EASY/CHAIR WRITING(FD-279/FD-1105): Removing the unserviceable plastic cane from Chair Dining and re-canning the same with new plastic cane half round 2mm wide oval shape superior quality and white in colour for seat. Beading shall be provided with 4mm wide oval shape plastice cane all as specified and directed. Note :- weaving should be done in Godrej pattern

Removing unserviceable hard rubber shoes for chair dining , Chair Writing and Chair Easy and S&F new hard rubber shoes all as specified and directed

CHARPOY GI PIPE ( NYLON NEWAR)(FD-220): Removing the existing unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy, reweaving with new virgin nylon newar 50 to 55mm wide white colour, interwooven closely on both sides with 34 strands on long rail and 14 strands on short rail all as specified and directed. Note: Recycled nylon newar shall not be used. Weight of nylon newar shall not be less than 1.5 kg per charpoy.

CHARPOY GI PIPE PLYWOOD TOP(FD-220): Removing the existing unserviceable stiffeners of charpoy and S&F new stiffeners made out of 900mm x 32mmx 5mm thick MS Flat duly welded to frame all as specified and directed.

Removing the unserviceable long rails and S&F new long rails of GI pipe 32mm med grade (ISI marked) of length 1950mm including threading on both sides all as specified and directed.

Fixing only after repair short rail of GI charpoy using the retrieved long rail obtained from serial No.10.00 herein before, including threading on both sides with & taking out old unserviceable short rail all as specified and directed.

Fixing only after repair legs of GI charpoy using the retrieved short rail obtained from serial No. 10 herein before, including threading on one side, S&F 3mm thick MS plate 50mm dia at the bottom of the leg with & including taking out old unserviceable legs complete all as specified and directed Note :- round piece of 3mm thick MS plate shall be welded in continous welding at the bottom of leg.

Removing the unserviceable elbows and S&F new 3 way GI elbows 32mm (ISI marked) medium grade all as specified and directed (Wt of elbow not less than 450 gms)

Removing the existing unserviceable plywood from charpoy and S&F new 12mm thick plywood commercial with screws and cup washer all as specified and directed.

Preparing the old painted surfaces by sand papering/ derusting, painting with white synthetic enamel paint of 1st quality with one coat to give glossy finish all as specified and directed for the Chair verandah (FD-256)

Note: For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of credit schedule i.e Sch 'A' section II (i.e Rs 18,314.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
