Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

To qualify for award of this contract each tender in his or her in the last 5 years (2020-21 to 2024-25) should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value of on going works for KW-4 as prime contractor at least one similar nature of work Like CONCRETE ROADS of value not less than For work under for work Rs.99.49 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% of the amount put to tender under this contract.) Work done Certificate issued by an Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division (The cost of completed work of the previous year shall be updated by giving weightage of 10% per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited). Certificates should be obtained from the Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and Compulsory countersigned by the Superintending Engineer of the concerned Circle shall be furnished

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded shall be furnished with supporting Documents

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

The intending bidder should have achieved a minimum Financial turnover is not less than twice the Amount put to tender for (i.e. For work under for work 397.96 Lakhs in at least two financial years during the last 5 years reckoned back from 2020-21 (turnover during 2020-21 to 2024-2025 only will be considered) duly updating the financial turnover at 10% per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited per annum. Audited profit and loss statement (with year wise turnover statement) certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant with mentioned compulsory UDI number along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the two years indicated above shall be furnished. (If UDI Number not mentioned treated as incomplete and rejected)
