Supplying all materials , labour , T&P , design , drawing , soil testing etc. completein all respectfor construction of RCC Roof building pump house and construction of compound wall for pump house and construction of approach road alongwith site Development including laying , testing and commissioning of Rising main & Distribution system pipe line such as UPVC , HDPE , ASTM , GI pipe lines etc. along with required fittings & specials and construction of RCC Valve chambers(water proof), public stand posts , individual house hold connection , stand alone , storage tank , installation of Chlorination system , installation of asubmersible pump withmotor in deep Tube well etc. ( Including supply of stand by pump motor ) , internal wiring of pump house & installation of Servo Stabilizer , External Electrification etc. as per supplied Drawing in section - 7 and detail scope of work & Technical specification , Quantity of work mentioned in section - 5 and in ( Annexure - A to G ) . All materials required shall be supplied by the contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimentions are as per supplied drawings and as per direction of Engineerr- in -charge. All work shall be completed in such a manner that all house hold of entire village will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7.00 mtr and residual chlorine of 0.20 mg/ ltr without any leakage in the entire PWS System.

Supplying of all labour,T&P,material including taxes for soil testing ,supply of design, drawing approved from(State Technical Sanction Agency ), construction,errection,testing & commissioning etc. of 2no.s RCC elevated storage reservoir of 100,000 ltrs capacity with necessary staging height of 15 mtr cosisting of minm6 nos RCC columns and circular dome using CC M-25(Reinforcement MK-SAIL/TATA/RINL/JINDAL with EQR,TMT & FE-500 Grade) with 24x21 contineous curing hours of concrete with water stopper in vertical wall joint and mixing of water proofing compound at the time concreting to make the ESR water proof/damp proof , 3nos ISI marked CI butter fly valve & one no RCC valve chamber,supplying, fitting & fixing of DI pipe of required dia & length from source to ESR , ESR to sluice valves ,for in-let,out-let,over flow & washing line,R C C stair case with S S hand rail at dome and landing etc. and stainless steel ladder inside and S S ladder outside the ESR fixing properly to resist the pull out force),lightening arrester good quality fitted with G.I Flat connecting to standard earthing pit as per specification,water level indicator,CI puddle collar,0.6 m dia CI manhole cover with locking arrangement at dome , RCC vent with brass jally etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer - in- Charge.

Operation, repair & maintenance of the PWS Project for five ( 5 ) calender years from the completion date of defect liability period of one year in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get ( adepuate ) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8 hour / day without facing any problems.The contractor shall maintain LOG BOOK & complain register at Pump house . The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 Hrs of receipt of complain either from public or from Department. The contractor shall maintain all structure of the PWS Schemes including supply of labour, T&P material and consumables (excluding energy charges) as per terms and conditions of DTCN & Technical specification mentioned at Sl. No. 2.9 of section - 5.
