Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exceeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 15.00 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, for soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., not exceeding 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surface in cutting to required level, gradient or camber with exceeding 8 tonne & not exceeding 12 tonne power roller including watering as required filling in bollow sand depressions which occur during the process of rolling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L soling (or sub base) 100mm thick (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L WBM 15cm thick in two layers of 7.5cm thick each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate with lime stones, sand stones, flint or quartize of grading 2 (63 mm to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 3.5kg/10sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L one layer of Premix Bituminous macadam with binder content 4% by weight of total mix & 50mm compacted thickness laid with mechanical paver rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 2.5kg/10 sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 40mm thick laid with mechanical paver Bituminous premixed Semidense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete over preparation of existing Blacktop surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L reflective thermoplast white/yellow road marking paint laid down through road marking machine in layers of 3.00mm thick crystlese and use of 5kg per sqm by incorporating the white glass beads @ 300gms per sqm for reflecting including cleaning of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of Raised Pavement Marker (RPM) with polycarbonate lens electronically welded with the RPM body complete all as specified and directed. The marker shall be scratch proof and abrasion resistant microprismatic polycarbonate lens with polycarbonate reflective panels with dual prismatic cubescapable providing total internal reflection. The dimension of the marker is height 15.88mm, width 101.6mm, length 89.2mm. The marker conforms to ASTM D4280 and is in accordance with MOSRTH circular reference No. RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO III dated 11 June 1997. Marker shall be fixed with adhesive and no nails shall be used to affix the marker and shall be marked with manufacturer name.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC hume pipe NP-2 grade jointed complete with collar 600mm internal dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick Cement Concrete bed type C-2 (1:3:6) to 600mm drain pipes including packing under and completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in full brick thick walls built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work fair finished of exposed surfaces of concrete and making good with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new or previously un-treated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Broken glass coping on top of walls in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming V grooves in plaster not exceeding 10mm deep and not exceeding 10mm on face complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Concertina Coil with punched tape concertina 600 mm diameter 10 mtr openable length having 50 Nos round per 6 mtr length over 3 mtr height of wall with existing 'Y' shaped angle iron tied with necessary bolts with angle iron and GI staples with existing barbed wire concertina coil of core wire diameter 2.5 mm blade thickness 0.50 mm blade length 12 mm, width of blade 15 mm and spacing of blade 26 mm complete all as per manufacturer instruction and directed. NOTE : 'Y' shaped angle iron, barbed wire and necessary bolts and GI staples which is required for fixing shall be measured and paid separately.
