SUPPLY & FABRICATION OF

WATER BOWSER (12 KL)

The Water Bowser (12 KL) shall be a

high-capacity firefighting and water

supply vehicle designed for efficient

emergency response and sustained

firefighting operations in industrial and

urban environments.

It shall be built on a BS-VI compliant

heavy-duty chassis (≈28T GVW) with a

minimum 230 HP engine, ensuring

reliable performance, stability, and

operational efficiency.

The vehicle shall be equipped with a

12,000 L SS-304 water tank with anti-

surge baffles, level indicators, and robust

mounting for safe storage and transport.

A PTO-driven multi-pressure pump

(4000 LPM normal / 300 LPM high

pressure) with foam proportioning

system, hose reels, and roof monitor

shall be provided for versatile

firefighting capability.

The unit shall include corrosion-

resistant superstructure, advanced

control panel, lighting systems, and

safety features to ensure dependable

performance under demanding

The complete vehicle shall be tested as

per TQC/PQC standards ensuring

operational readiness and compliance.
