Laying of Earth mat with G.I. Flat of size 50x8mm with flat laid alongside & cross laid at a distance so as to have safe values of step & touch potential. Providing grounding rods distributed all over the Sub-Station so as to make grid. All equipments in the yard as well as control room shall be connected to the earth grid by earthing conductor as per technical specifications & IS 3043 (1987). Neutral Earthing of Main & station transformer to be made through copper flat from two separate earthing pits for each.Copper plate of size 500*500*6 mm for transformers & GI Plate of size 500*500*8 mm for other earthing pits to be provided. GI Pipe of diameter 40mm (Min. wall thickness 3.2 mm) of appropriate length as per IS 3034 to be provided
