(b) PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in base of pole of size 1200mm x 600mm x 150 mm all as specified and directed. (c) PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation 1200mm x 600mm x 1500 mm (sub base as mass concrete) for concrete encasing the pole up to GL all as specified and directed. (d) PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping of size 300x300x300 including necessary form work (e) Painting of poles externally with one coat of bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block concrete collar with two coat of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of (f) The portion above coping shall be painted in alternation bands of black and yellow colour (each band of 30 cm wide) by two coats of super enameled paint upto 1.5m height

S&F stay assembly complete with all accessories, such as stay plate 300x300x6mm, stay rod 215cm long and 20 mm dia with nuts including GI bow turn buckle etc., all as per Electrical plate No 1 or SSR -2009 Part I complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation, PCC will be paid seperately under relevant items.

M&L for loop type insulators vitreous porcelain white, brown or green large size with overall dimensions 65x90 mm clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ disintegrated soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable/ foundation/ for poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/ disintegrated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc.1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to cable in layers of 23 cm thick ( 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable, punned thickness shall be measured) in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only Punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for old size brick well burnt sub class 'B' Designation 75, laid flat, for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 50 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc laid in trenches / pole post /under culvert/ under road incl nut,bolts and clamps for fixing to pole etc. complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole and stay as in mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth block of pole and stay including necessary frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L steel work in FE-410-S grade for cross arms, bracing, supported, clamps & back plates fabricted from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding. Bending cold and hot Drilling hole for bolts, in any size as dincted or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide primer one under coat and one finishing coat of paint aluminum grey complete as specified and directed.

Supplying, streching and fixing of over head ACSR conductor any size ie. weasel, Ferret and Dog and any type fixing on iron steel tubular pole including binding/jointing the conductor to insulator with and incl 14 SWG binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with GI wire 4 mm dia with galvanized cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.00mm buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level, earth plate shall be packed on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to thickness of 150 mm connected to GI earth wire, 4 mm dia (8 SWG) protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore light grade and watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade 1.5 mtr long including necessary earth work and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 m, chamber of PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate coping shall be of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with 50 mm thick precast RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 80mm c/c both ways and angle iron frame including frame funnel, wire mesh GI earth wire, 8 SWG under the earth and on the pole up to a height of 1.5 m shall be protected by 15 mm dia GI pipe (light grade) GI pipe to be fixed with pole by means of 2 Nos iron clamps 25 x 3 mm size complete with nuts, bolts and washers etc all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3. Note : If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core including taking out old u/s cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.
