Material and labour for 8 to 10 mm thick vitrified ceramic (square/rectangular) coloured polished tiles, (1st quality) area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm and 10mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over and including15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified. (Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified. (Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured / digital printed of size (300 x 200 mm / 300 x 450 mm x 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour 18 to 20 mm thick Granite, (table rubbed and polished) in decorative shelves, steps, pillar, jambs, cocking platform including bedded and jointed in cement mortar ( 1:4) including cutting and polishing, pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection; pathway / hardstanding etc laid in bays / panels not exc. 2.00 Sqm each including construction joints at suitable interval and each corner and filled with bituminous mastic filling (1 part bitumen & 3 part sand) and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab as in flooring, 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over 20 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ verticle surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.and prepare the surface to receive tiles including applying 3Kg/Sqm cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for consealed type point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Pt I & II of 2000 drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size having a wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specification), including provision of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, connected to main switch / DBs or common earth dolly for one light / fan point / exhaust fan/ bell point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed . Materials and labour for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 6.00 Sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core flame retardant cable (FRLS) of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor including one run of 6.00 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed flame retardant cable (FRLS) with stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire connected to main switches DBs or in common earth dolly, drawn through and including PVC rigid non- metallic PVC conduit / casing and capping ISI marked , medium garde of adequate size with all conduit / casing and capping accessories ISI marked as required complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable / burnt / damaged one. Supply & fix sheet metal enclosure for 8 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), double door , single pole and neutral with 200 amps rated bus bar, including bus bar neutral link, earth bar and din rail, IP-43, IK-09 protection including gasket and door earthing suitable for fixing MCBs/isolators fixed on wall surface and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall and connecting up including taking down old unserviceable one including MCCB / MCB complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0mm thick, burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate, using GI wire 4mm dia as earth strip electrode bolted or rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to equipments at another end, GI earth wire encased in and including 20 mm dia GI 'light grade' pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipments,20 dia bore GI pipe 'light grade' as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, Test point , GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, duly reinforced with MS round bars 6mm dia @ 100 c/c both ways with 10mm dia MS round bar as in lifting handles, excavation, earth work including laying the GI pipe concealed in floor/wall all as described in electric plate of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion. Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.
