Repairs to pot holes any depth, n.exc 1sqm each including sweeping free from dust, and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (incl supply of road metal) , making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) at 5 kg per 10 sqm and laying bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete, 25 mm consolidated thickness with 5% binder content (paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, spread by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete to a uniform surface all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L preparing surfaces of black top by wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc; applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer @ 10 kg per 10 sqm over unsurfaced WBM surfaces.

M & L Premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (paving bitumen & penetration) laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less)

M & L preparing surfaces of black top by wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc; and applying evenly priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm.

M & L bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness, with 5.5% binder content(paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, spread by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete to a uniform surface all as specified and direted.

M & L for providing thermoplastic hot applying paint of approved make for road marking of 2.5 mm thick approved shade and shape as directed with automated machine adhering to standards of 100 mm wide line.

S & F reflective sign board (traffic signal board like GO, STOP, BUMP AHEAD, TURN Location of road with accurate traffic sign) 0.75x0.75 mtr size, 2mm thick aluminium sheet with rectro reflective sheeting identify prezmaticve (XIP) grade of 1.8mtr clear height from road surface, fixed on both side 50mm dia MS pipe/ Square tube including embeding in PCC 1:2:4 (300mm x 300mm x 500mm) type B1, excavation, returning filling & removing of earth and necessary painting complete all as specified, directed and approved.

S & F in repairs solar cat eye of diamond size 125x125x8 mm, anti twisted ribs on the bottom all as approved .

S & F metal tublar delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos screws, 100mm dia highly reflective reflector made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic polyster elastomer 3 bands of green , red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embeding in PCC 1:2:4 (150mm x 150mm x 300mm ) type B1 including excavation, returning filling and removing of earth complete all as specified and directed. Delineator shall be model No. DA 953 GP of Dark Eye or Equivalent Model of of make as specified in list of make

Road studs (Casts-eye) of size 100 x 100 mm, white or yellow colour, ABS material body with reflective glass elements (white or red) in due direction of m, fixed on road with two component epoxy hardner and resin/HT nail as per manufactures Instructions.

M & L moorum 75mm,thickness, spread rolled and consolidated to gradient complete as specified and directed
