REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINES, MANHOLES ETC INCL SEPTIC TANK UNDER THE AREA AGE B/R-II GE (A) NO.1 JODHPUR.

Pumping out sewage water/sludge from the existing septic tank / soak well of any size / any capacity and any type of material like solid/fluid, mud sludge etc by mechanical motorised suction machine and deposited /removing the sludge etc outside the tech area to a distance exceeding 10 KM shall be conveyed in closed container and also disposed off in the place properly using bleaching powder etc complete all as directed by Engr - in -Charge.

Pumping out sewage water/sludge from the existing manholes of any size / any capacity and any type of material like solid/fluid, mud sludge etc by mechanical motorised suction machine and deposited /removing the sludge etc outside the tech area to a distance exceeding 10 KM shall be conveyed in closed container and also disposed off in the place properly using bleaching powder etc complete all as directed by Engr - in -Charge.

Cleaning of sewage pipe line(cleaning length not exceeding 30 m from man hole or from manhole to septic tank) 150 mm to 300mm dia/bore of pipe by roding and well flushing by using sufficient water and making it clear for easy flow of sewage up to the septic tank including cleaning of manhole sludge, silt etc removing the sludge in low lying area and burying it in pits and replacing manhole cover in position after clwaning complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing blockage of soil/waste drain pipe of any dia & cleaning the drain pipe in between Floor/Nahani trap to first manhole/Gully trap with water all as directed and directed without damaging the sanitary fittings & other installed CI fittings etc to obtain smooth flow of sewage/sludge complete all as directed. Note:- Supervisor of contractor shall obtain complaint slip from Complaint cell in tech area before 1000 Hrs daily and feedback should be given daily after completion of job otherwise penalty of Rs. 150 each per complaint not attended shall be recovered from the contractor complete all as specified and directed.

Removing blockage of soil/waste drain pipe of any dia & cleaning the drain pipe in between WC to first manholes with water all as specified and directed without damaging the sanitary fittings/fixture & other installed CI fittings etc to obtain smooth flow of sewage/sludge complete all as directed. Note:- Supervisor of contractor shall obtain complaint slip from Complaint cell in tech area before 1000 Hrs daily and feedback should be given daily after completion of job otherwise penalty of Rs. 100 each for not attended complaint shall be recovered from the contractor complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing blockage/sludge or any waste materials of 300 mm to 600 mm bore STP NP-2 drain pipe line by roding and well flushing by using sufficient water and making it clear for easy flow of water including cleaning of silt etc removing in low lying area complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/ pipes,foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated any type of soil to a distance exceeding 250 M but not exceeding 500 M and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 150mm dia (salt glazed stone ware//AC/RCC/PVC) set in cement mortar including bed concrete and removal of debris to outside tech area where directed by Engineer-in-Chargecomplete all as directed
