Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of submersible/ mono submersible pumping set of reputed make such as KSB/BS/ Johnston/Kirloshker/Worthington/Oswal/Sabar Brand conforming to latest relevent BIS code. The pump should be fitted with free flow impellers of bronze /suitable alloy as per BIS 5659 or latest with up to date ammendments suitable for raw/clear water having characterstics as mentioned in item 5(A) greased packed bearings & shell with wound stator on motor side & with shaft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft conforming to BIS specifications. The pump shall be directly coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor of Kirloskar/NGEF/Jyoti / Crompton/Havels make conforming to relevent BIS code with up to date ammendments totally dust & water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber chamber & grease packed lubricated bearings & provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand non vertical loads with minimum wear & tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The Pump set shuold include water level guard , errection clamps, tubler pie fited with outlet of tank with suitable arrangement welding/connecting to GI pipe (GI pipe for pump will be issued by the department free of cost) cable clips. & depth guage etc & suitable for operation of data given below.

Providing and Fixing double flanged cast steel sluice valve of leader/KSB/ Kirlosker make of 50 mm capable of with standing the normal seat presure as per IS 5312-1884P-1 with upto date ammedement for class ASA-300 as per direction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of matrial up to all leads and lifts.

Providing and Fixing double flanged swing type cast steel refluxe valve of Bir/leader/KSB/Kirlosker/Kartar/Behl/Kirlosker//Kilbum/Gled/Kartar valve/ Fouress make 50 mm for rising main and capable of with standing the normal seat presure as per IS (API-6D) with upto date ammedement for class ASA-300 as per direction as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of matrial up to all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing of suitable direct on line/oil immersed star delta starter/ATS/stator rotor stator of standard make such as MEI/Kilburn/Jyoti/Larson & Turbo/Havell/L& T standard confirming to BIS 8544-1979 latest with up to date amendment for squirrel cage slip ring motor (make to be specified by the tendrer) mounted on p[anel board with magnetic type over load release & dashpot, time lag under voltage release with initial oil filling.

Supplying, errection, testing commisioning of 60 HP AC induction motor make Marathon/Kirlosker/Bhel/Cropton/Jyoti/(STP type 2900 RPM 60HP) suitable to operation on 415 volts(+) (-) 10% 50 cycle/second 3 phase AC electric supply , the motor should be suitable to coupled with existing pump set complete with suitable coupling on common base plate including cost of nuts & bolts etc. as required complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing MS sheet 16 SWG steel fabricated floor mounted closed almirah type switch board including angle iron post suitable height and size ISA 40x40x6mm duly painted comparising and capable of mounting the following accessories with all internal electric connections. The drawing of panel board should be subject approval of Engineer in charge.

ICTP switches with HRC fuse of Kilburn/Larsen & Turbo Satbdard/Siemen Havells make and having capacity 30% extra of the operational rating of motor as per BIS 4064-1978 with up to date amendments immidiately after the poer meter of HPSEB.

Busbar chamber having three copper bars of suitable rating for full length equal to width of board of three live phases and one copper bar of half rating of full length for netural confirming to BIS 8084-1976 and 1353-1985 read with 5578-1985 all latest with up to date amendments.

ACB/MCB oil circuit breaker of suitable capacity of kilburn/L&T/MEI/GEC standard make on incoming feeder for motor offered by the tendrer conforming to BIS 250-1985 latest with up to date amendments with initial oil filling whenever required & neutral linked under voltage release.

Three phse indiacating lamps complete with toggle switches for indivdual motors conforming to BIS 3452 pari 1 & II latest with upto date amendments.

Hour run meter of reputed make of four digit capacity confirming to BIS-722 (latest eddition)/ recommendations.
