Comprehensive maintenance/ repair and periodical servicing through AMC (of Platinum standards) of 08 Passanger (544kg) Lift, G+5 floor, 06 Openings, Make - ESCON, Location - Kalinga building installed at ICGS Malkapuram. Note :- a) The Maintenance of the lifts shall be done through OEM or firm authorized by the OEM only. The contractor submit the MOU from OEM or their authorized / accedited agency for each lift. It is an express condition of the contract that, tenderers shall upload the MoU between contractor & OEM at the time of submission of technical bid in this regard duly signed by all concerned. The documents of MoU between contractor & OEM shall be Registered/ Notarised and the same will be produced alongwith tender documents. If MoU not submitted, tender will be rejected durin technical evaluation. b) The parts being replaced /repaired shall be genuine and from Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and approved by GE (I) (CG) Vizag. The fixing charges of all parts under repair/ replace shall deemed included in quoted rate. c) All warn out parts, wiring, controllers and gears liner will be inclusive in unit rate under AMC and department will not be liable for any extra cost for spares except items mentioned below in this schedule. d) All software update required for smooth functioning of Lift shall be undertaken by the OEM only. e) Monthly periodical servicing of each lift to be carried out by Company technician and records/logbook shall be maintained at Engineer-in charge.

Supply and fix in repair automatic rescue device (ARD) for lift complete all as specified and directed Make : Escon or equivalent

Supply and fix in repair travelling cable copper conductor 12 core, 0.50/ 0.75 Sqmm PVC insulated with all accessories for lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair full beam infrared door Sensor with upto full length of across doors all accessories for lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair VVVF Drive of 11 KW, Input/Output voltage 3 phase 380-460 Volts, Max motor KW 8.5 KW, Capacity 19 KVA, rated output current 25 Amps, Overload current rating 2 Minutes at 150 % 0.5 sec at 215%, Allowable Fluctuatin Voltage +10% - 15 % frequency +(or) - 5% cooling method-forced air cooling, Build in filter- High attenuation EMI filter, including feeding all parameters and inter facing with controller microporcesser and drive including setting of basic parameters to obtain the desired and designed value of various motions of the lift all as specified and directed. Make GEFRAN/TOSHIBA/YASAKAWA/WEG or equivalent

Supply and fix in repair maint free battery 12Volt 17AH for lift complete all as specified and directed. Make : Exide or equivalent

Supply and fix in repair cabin fan non-oscilating type, axial flow, single speed, 300/250 mm sweep, 240 volt, with grill, for lift complete all as specified and directed. Make : EMCO / VBM / CINI or equivalent

Supply and fix in repair Optical/ magnetic sensor working on 24VDC for shaft information for lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair SMPS 12 Volts 4 Amps for control circuit for lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair rotary encoder working on 5VDC, 1064 pulses for 30-40 mm dia shaft for lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair LED type, light fittings, 5 watt for lift complete all as specified and directed. Make: BAJAJ/PHILIPS/Crompton/Havells

Supply and fix in repair VVVF Drive 0.75KW for car door operator of lift complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PLC, micro processor micro logix 1400 (32 I/O) programmable type 1766-L32BWA, input power 230Volts AC +/- 15% at 47 to 63Hz power supply usage 82VA, output voltage 24 V DC at 400MA. Input :- Input circuit type 24V DC sink / source, on state voltage range 10 to 24V DC, OFF State voltage 0 to 5VDC, Input impedance 2.7 K Ohm. Output :- Output type relays, current per group of 4 relays 8 Amps, Turn ON/OFF times 10 millisec, relay contact rating 24Volt DC 2.0 Amps for full collective operation to match existing auto door lift including software installation Make : Allen Bradley or equivalent

Supply and fix in repair Microcontroller based MOSFET card for ARD up to 11KW motor for lift complete all as specified and directed.
