Supplying, Installing, testing and commissioning of silent/ containerised diesel engine driven generating set complete to give an output of 100 KVA, 80 KW at 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply with power factor 0.8 (Lagging), 1500 rpm, engine and alternator as per standard IS complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, mounted on common base plate, anti vibration rubber mounting pad complete in all respect with and including accessories and components as specified below including supplying and fixing aesthetically designed weather and sound proof acoustic enclosure with insulation conforming class for flammability for 100 KVA Generator sets liquid cooled, eco friendly and as per Ministry of Environment, forests notification 17 May 2002 complete including, Graphical LCD display, Microprocessor based Controller, Integrable with AMF, synchronization & communication configurations, emergency stop button, illumination inside canopy. Meeting Emission and noise complaint CPCB developing 156 Bhp, closed coupled with 100 KVA (80 KW) 3 Phase, 415V, 1500 RPM, Micro Processor based engine controller with remote monitoring facility., Std. Control Panel with 3 Pole MCCB, 160 Amps (Fixed Type) with Auto Start/ Stop panel with battery charger Base Frame, Fuel Tank, Battery with leads and other accessories with type approved integral Canopy as a complete set. Including first fill of lub oil and engine safeties- LLOP, HWT alongwith complete foundation for DG set all as specified and directed. Make: Kirloskar Model No : 4K1080TA G2, 156 BHP 1t 1500 RPM, liquid cooled diesel engine consisting of fly wheel with starter ring, lub oil filter, air cleaner, residential silencer, 12V starting system with starter, alternator charging ammeter, expansions bellows, lub oil cooler lub oil filter, centrifugal bypass filter, radiator, radiator fan and mounting, in line monoblock fuel pump with G3 ELECTRONIC GOVERNOR or Equivalent make in Greaves Cotton / Cummins.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Auto Main Failure Panel with automatic ON/ OFF switch suitable for 100 KVA Diesel Generator set complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for Sl item No. 1 & 2: (i) Contractor shall submit detailed design and drawings of the manufacturer in respect of control AMF panel along with details of accessories for prior approval of the GE before execution of works. (ii) AMF Control panel shall be manufactured by OEM of DG set. (iii) Un conditional warranty certificate for two years/ 5000 running hrs shall be signed by authorized and competent person of manufacturer and contractor. The same has to be submitted by the contractor immediately after completion of work. In case contractor fails to submit above mentioned Warranty certificate, an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) will be recovered from RAR/ final bill as a penalty. During the guarantee/ warranty period, the main contractor shall ensure the effective functioning of DG set and replacement of defective parts through OEM without any extra cost to Government. The unit rates quoted shall be deemed to be included in the above provisions. The performance security deposit referred to in Condition 19 of General Conditions of Contract (IAFW-2249) is independent of the penalty recovered here-in-before.

Supply and fix 160 Amp On load changeover switch complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation for erection of poles, stays, laying cables, stays etc. not exceeding 10 Sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard/ dense soil all as specified and directed NOTE: Riddled earth upto 20cm depth around cable for protection to be filled including spreading, leveling etc & punned down.

Removing excavated material/ surplus soil not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV type 1, flat size 250x150x40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing 16 Sqmm, 4 core nominal cross sectional area XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, not exceeding 100mtr stacking laid into trench, passing through pipe, ducts, making electrical connection over pole/ panel at one end and into the MCB DB's/Main switch/Change over switch through proper lugs/ thimbles at the another end complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, laying and testing 70 Sqmm, 3½ core nominal cross sectional area XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, not exceeding 100mtr stacking laid into trench, passing through pipe, ducts, making electrical connection over pole/ panel at one end and into the MCB DB's/Main switch/Change over switch through proper lugs/ thimbles at the another end, having complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised iron mild steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to glavanised earth wire 4 mm diametre by means of GI Bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers including earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab of 50 mm thick using 8.00mm dia CTD bars reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre with two handles, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, wire mesh, funnel and providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm and 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth wire from earth plate to MCB DB including necessary earth work in soft/ loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 exceeding 50 mtr testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 complete all as specified and directed.
