CONSTRUCTION OF LINK ROAD FROM BANKHANDI KHERIN TO BAGROTIAN DA BEHRA VILLAGE AMLEHAR VIA PADARVASI KM 0.0 TO 1.600

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads, lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load and animal transport and mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. The land for dumping sites shall be arranged by the Contractor himself and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The removal of slips during the construction period shall be responsibility of the contractor. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST. Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm (three hundred millimetre) below the subgrade level, watered, graded with motor grader and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred) Kn static roller for subgrade construction as per MORD Technical Specification section 300. as per direction of Engieer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidential. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with in all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading by mechanical means to required slope and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (eighty - hundred) kN static roller to meet requirement of Table 300.2 complete as per MORD technical Specification section 400 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not executing 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, wing walls, return walls and retaining walls complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 1200 and 1600 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of 1st (first) layer Bio enzyme based soil stablised layer (accredited by IRC) to a required thickness as per manufacturer design with local soil material/gravel/murram, having CBR greater than Equal to 5% (five percent) and treating it with Bio Enzyme in the ratio 1L (one litre) for 12.5 cum (twelve decimal five cubic metre) soil , spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface. mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification including all labour, materials, like soil and metal, equipments etcetra, complete, including Supervision (Supervisor shall be provided by Bio Enzyme Vendor) as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work . Bio Enzyme Supervisor accomodation, food and local transport will be in scope of Contractor.The soil will have clay % (percent) by hydrometry between 8% (eight percent) to 30% (thirty percent) as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of 2nd (second) layer Bio enzyme based soil stablised layer (accredited by IRC) to a required thickness as per manufacturer design with local soil material/gravel/murram, having CBR greater than Equal to 6% (six percent) and treating it with Bio Enzyme in the ratio 1L (one litre) for 15.0 cum (fifteen cubic metre) soil with 25% (twenty five percent) 40mm (forty millimetre) crusher broken metal(of compacted thickness) in desing mix, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on prepared surface. mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification including all labour, materials, like soil and metal, equipments etcetra, complete, including Supervision (Supervisor shall be provided by Bio Enzyme Vendor) as per the directions of the Engineer incharge of the work . Applying of curing material TerraCure after the application of Bio Enzyme layer for by mixing TerraCure with water in the ratio of 1:200 (one ration two hundred) and then appyling the mixed solution @ 3 (at the rate of three) Litres for 1 sq.mt (one square metre) as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials, as per table 401spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three Wheel 80-100 (Eighty-hundred) kN static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 400 for grading-I Material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting by mechanical means crushed stone aggregate size 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II [75mm ( seventy five millimetres) consolidated thickness) to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber including applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm ( eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum ( zero point two zero cubic metres) per ten square metres and binding material at the rate of 0.06 cum ( zero point zero six cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.
